McDonald's Menu Prices at 10451 Santa Monica Blvd ★3.6 (2736)

Terrible, terrible service. I went to this location with my co worker, 2 days in a row. First, customer service is neither here or there. Second this whole thing with kiosks is a great idea however when you have those that need to pay cash, the staff will completely ignore you until you flag them down. I will say, the staffing quantity seemed adequate but I think the online and kiosks ordering platform has completely diminished customer service and the lack of care for someone standing at the register. There seemed to be no typical flow that you find in McDonald's, it was as if everyone was going at their own beat rather than a team effort. Needless to say I will definitely skip this McDonald's location as lightning struck twice.

I have a message for the manager head of all of the restaurant in charge top corporate person, The people working midnight on Sunday made the absolute most delicious est shakes and coffee I ever ever had!!!!! I never eat fast food and think I’m missing out because this was really tastey. And they didn’t have to pull our car forward they got us our food really quick and we don’t use the mobile app they took our order at the window. So yeah in less than three minutes we got coffee shakes McFlurry burger and snack wraps and they were all amazing. So please give everyone on that shift a promotional bonus and gold star and smiley face sticker and hug and extra money for making us love McDonalds.

For a mcdonald's, the food was on point. They got the order right from our mobile order to a "T." We only went through the drive-thru, there is very little parking and very little Street parking. We really lucked out. Overall, it was a good experience and I would go back.

My order consists of Nagitt’s burger fries and a Coke (I placed the order by phone and specified that I wanted the fries without salt and the drink with minimal ice!!!!) In the end, the fries were salty, and the drink was half a glass of ice, the drink was transparent, almost like water with Coke, apart from the ice.

I had a great experience at McDonald’s today. Because I’m allergic to wheat, it can be hard to find something I can eat, but I was able to order two hash browns and two sausage patties and make a hash brown,sausage sandwich. It was delicious, and I was so grateful that my son and I could both enjoy a meal together. Thank you, McDonald���s, for serving us and for all the years you’ve served millions of people.
