I’m honestly frustrated with the service at this location. This morning I placed a mobile order around 6:00 a.m. for a small coffee and two apple pies and selected curbside pickup. I waited and never received my order. I finally walked inside, and my food was just sitting there. When I asked an employee if it was mine, he barely acknowledged it. No apology. No explanation. This isn’t a one-time issue. Almost every time I come here — especially through the drive-thru — there’s no greeting, no eye contact, no basic customer service. The employees are often talking and laughing among themselves while customers are waiting. If you ask a question or request condiments, it feels like you’re inconveniencing them. Half the time the window just closes before you’re even finished speaking. I understand mornings can be busy. I work too. But basic courtesy and communication shouldn’t be optional. A simple “Good morning,” eye contact, or “We’ll be right with you” goes a long way. I don’t expect perfection — just professionalism. I hope management takes this seriously because the lack of customer service here has become consistent.

It was early am 3 when I went the fish sandwich was warm and it had a lot of dill taste more then usual in the sauce and the mcchicken was all hard on bun and dry I gave it to my dog . The coffee was good fresh just made but come on . 10.00 for old food ?

Worst place to get fast food, even the manager dont help at all. I order on the mobile up and they messed up my order and they were talking rude to me when it was their fault not mine. Don't go there this was the worst experience ever i wish I could give them a 0 star

Never thought I’d give a positive review for a McDonalds but the staff here is genuinely always so kind. We’ve never encountered a rude employee here even late at night. And we’ve never had our orders messed up, very appreciative for a friendly staff and good service!
