McDonald’s is still a great place overall. The hamburgers are fresh and tasty, the nuggets are crispy and well made, and everything usually tastes freshly prepared. The smoothies are also delicious and refreshing, especially during hot days. The only disappointment lately is the McFlurries. This used to be the one place where you could get a McFlurry at any time, but recently they’re not available at all—no matter the hour. With this heat, McFlurries are definitely missed. I hope this issue gets fixed soon, because everything else is consistently good and enjoyable.

This McDonald’s is definitely a busy location, and you can tell the team is working hard. Even though it gets loud, the workers stay attentive, you might just need to speak up a little. Since they’re constantly handling a high volume of orders, a bit of patience goes a long way. If you’re in a rush, this might not be the best stop, but if you’re dining in and want a solid meal, it works. Cleanliness is about a 7/10 — not bad, but could be better. My fries were filled to the top and super fresh, which I appreciated. My McChicken was perfect and the nuggets weren’t burnt. Heads up: this location does charge 10 cents per bag. Also, I noticed they served another guest their ranch in a ramekin-style cup, which caught me off guard, not sure if that’s a franchise thing or a corporate thing, but it was interesting to see. Overall, good experience. I’ll come back again to update my review.

Crowded parking lot, slow service, rude service. Not a very pleasant location. When trying to order you’re being rushed.

They really do need to do a revamp of the professionalism and the courtesy and the employees here at McDonald's on Pico and Washington. If I was a secret shopper I would have given them a fail. If you have no customer service skills then you should not be working in a customer service job. If something that has to do solely with your company goes a ride, then your company needs to fix it. If I'm using your McDonald's app and it doesn't work, your response by a manager Evelyn should not be. You need to update your app and we can't fix it for you. That's completely unacceptable for a $2 McGriddle. Why are you the manager? What exactly is your purpose in being the manager? If all of your employees have blanket statements and don't know how to adapt, why are you even open. Half the things are not available. The orders are often wrong and you are in the corner of a major intersection. The owner, the proprietor the company at large is soiling its name with this very location. All of the other comments have said the same thing. The fact that there's a thousand other McDonald's I'm just going to have to go to other one. I knew that before I stopped here but again like most other people it was out of convenience. And I've been sitting here now for 20 minutes trying to rectify the situation that was told to me they can't help me.

Ricky at the drive thru was very polite and professional. He gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever received at a McDonald’s. The team there is lucky to have him. Thank you Ricky!

MenuPriceTracker vs. Delivery Apps & Other Price Sites

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.

Why not just check TripAdvisor for McDonald's prices?

TripAdvisor doesn't track individual McDonald's store prices. Any price information on TripAdvisor is user-submitted, covers only a small fraction of locations, and can be months or years out of date. MenuPriceTracker tracks store-level prices for 9,200+ US McDonald's locations across all 50 states, refreshed monthly from the McDonald's app.

Where does MenuPriceTracker get McDonald's price data?

Prices are collected at the store level from the McDonald's app, covering 9,200+ locations in every US state. Each store's data is refreshed monthly so you see real local prices — not a national estimate, a delivery markup, or crowdsourced guesses. The national average, state averages, and per-city averages on this site are all computed from that same store-level data.
