Ring bell? I am deaf! That’s inappropriate. They are unprofessional and don’t care about “deaf discrimination “ they didn’t communicate and ignored me. They violated ada law federal! Due to communication! Accessibility!

This McDonalds charged me $4 for a small / Value Fry🍟 SMFH‼️ AND THE CASHIER WAS ACTING LIKE HE BARELY WANTED TO TALK OR ASSIST WHEN I WAS PLACING MY ORDER. I HAD SAID WHAT I WANTED, AND HE WAS VERY SLOW TO RESPOND. THEN, WHEN I TOLD HIM CAN I GET MY FRIES FRESH HE WAS VERY RELUCTANT AND SLOW TO RESPOND THEN WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW, HE ACT LIKE HE HAD AN ATTITUDE, AND ITS LIKE Y’ALL CHARGE SO MUCH MORE FOR THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MY FRIES WEREN’T EVEN FRESH HOW I REQUESTED I HAD TO GIVE THEM BACK 🤦🏽‍♀️‼️ not going back 👎🏽

Claire has turned this place into a beacon of exceptional service, especially for folks with accessibility needs. As someone who requires ADA accommodations, I can't even begin to express how refreshing it is to be treated with such genuine care and respect. From the moment I rolled up to the counter, Claire's smile lit up the whole restaurant. It wasn't one of those fake, "I'm-just-doing-my-job" smiles either. No, this was the real deal – warm, welcoming, and instantly putting me at ease. But it's not just about the smile; it's about the action behind it. Claire didn't just accommodate my needs; she anticipated them. Before I could even ask, she was already making sure the path to my table was clear and offering assistance with my tray. It's like she has a sixth sense for customer comfort! But here's the kicker – Claire's awesome attitude has rubbed off on her entire team. Beware, they're quick to take your money, won't provide you your food and refuse to refund your order. Employee claimed the order was cancelled and would be refunded with an email confirmation when we were informed we couldn't get our food. Not only did we not get our food, but refund wasn't processed and they claimed there was no way to give us proof of refund after they failed to provide confirmation email. We asked for Manager assistance just to at least get some sort of written confirmation we'd get our money back. Or to at least get a supervisor contact info that could help us further since according to her, there was no record of our order anymore after her employee refunded our order. We left with no food, no refund and no confirmation receipt/email just because the Manager Gabriel according to her, "prefers not". Gabriel will literally tell you "I PREFER not too". Even getting a corporate or franchise number from her was impossible due to her lying about being able to provide that info. We don't know their rules or policies so if she couldn't provide us that info, we asked if she could call them because all we wanted was our money back or at least confirmation it would be processed since our order disappeared according to her. At the very end she just told us she rather not call her supervisor, gave us some random number because apparently McDonald's doesn't have funding to provide business cards for their district managers. And for us to leave our contact info with the hopes we'd get a call back.

I order from here a lot, and they have surprisingly good order accuracy. I don’t think they’ve ever gotten my order wrong. I don’t know what this location does differently, but they’ve managed to attract and retain very competent employees.
