Went to McDonald's at 4:30 got my food and got home there was a hair in my mc crispy sandwich Both fries were cold I called about the hair and all they told me is that I can come back and theyl re make it or give me a refund also ordered two meals that gave me one I paid $36 and they told me I owe them $5 and something cents more for the meal soI paid that and they still didn't get my fries had to go back in and get those 20 bucks an hour place is very unsanitary to have people having hair in your food they should be wearing hair nets

You have good workers however you also have bad workers with customer service, which makes it ruin it for the rest of your establishment . I just wanna point out when you make a drink and do it the right way and if a customer like myself doesn't like the way it's made and wants it redone. I should be able to get that accommodation without any hesitation without any excuses sadly that didn't happen. I was told I wasn't able to get a drink remade because that's how it comes out the coffee machine You guys lack horrible customer service skills, and you lack how to make coffee properly for a fast food chain for people who want to make $20 an hour. You guys sure are lazy when people want their food done the right way. As you see, the ice caramel macchiato from McDonald's is Pierre milk with a drop of coffee while Starbucks on the right hand side is an actual coffee an actual caramel iced macchiato same price crazy same drink but one lacks coffee .

You know I'd rather spend 50 dollars here to get like 15 burgers then spend 60 to just get a plate at panda Express I'd rather die eating McDonald's then suffer eating panda Express honestly great food sometimes I like McDonald's.

i get food from here all the time and the lovely people here make it good every single time, great service, great food, awesome place, truly

Hate to do this ive came here for years this morning i ordered two sodas and a burger got my order went to park to get my straws out and there were none ok no problem so i go on the app and ordered a large fry put 10 ketchups and 2 straws go to the window get my fry no straws so i tell the lady and the manager tells her she put ketchups in there that they will have to charge me for the straws the hell you do so i told her she forgot them the first time i came around so she gives me the straws i go to park and i have 4 ketchups not 10 the amount i put like u know these sauces dont come out employees pockets so stop acting like they do and remember peoples stuff in the first place if McDonalds charges its on the app so what are you doing pocketing people's change sounds desperate to me
