McDonald's Menu Prices at 2601 Oakdale Rd ★3.6 (1040)

I don't usually rate McDonald's, but today I stopped in at the Oakdale and Floyd location to kill some time. I had the breakfast for the first time in a long time. I was impressed by the incredible customer service. I ordered at the kiosk and took a sign and they brought it right out to me. No awkward standing around waiting like I usually have to do. The young gentleman that helped me was a great employee. He even brought me a refill for my coffee. Great job management!

It's McDonald's. What can I say. Smaller food gouging prices. How can you charge $5.00 for a large French fry? If that's the case lower the price of the burgers. The Fries are all profit. People aren't dumb.

These workers need to smile 😃 Pluse I asked for a senior coffee and she said no do not have that here so I said I dont need your food either not going back there at all. 😡 done eating out up the road is N & OUT burger 🍔 nice friendly customer service great price 👍

The cops had 10 kids sitting against wall by drive through so I think everyone inside stopped doing their jobs. I sat in line to order for 7min then was able to get to other lane to order and Noone ever answered inside to take my order. So I left.

Today I had a horrible experience with the McDonald’s at 2601 Oakdale Rd. in Modesto California I drove through I had ordered three McMuffins and two hashbrowns and they came back with an incorrect order. I drove back down to McDonald’s and the service there was horrible. They ended up telling me that I needed to go to another McDonald’s and they did not give me anything for my inconvenience and they were very rude and I drove off very unhappy and pissed off so I would suggest that no one goes to the 2601 Oakdale Rd. McDonald’s because the customer service there is horrible, and I will have photos of what my order look like when I get home I did not order for plain English muffins. My order was cold when I got home and I had to return back to McDonald’s so therefore the order the hashbrowns were very cold and the other McMuffin was cold. They didn’t offer to give me fresh hashbrowns that were hot. They just said you just need to go to the other McDonald’s. I left very highly upset and I think no one needs to be treated that way and those people that waited on me need to be terminated. This is the latest update photos, after I got home and open the bag, and look at the McMuffins the smell of them made me sick, it smell like rotten sausage and old eggs that had been spoiled. So I call the franchise back the second time to report this as well.
