I stopped by this Mcdonald right when they started serving lunch because I was getting my dad truck windshield changed at a store next to it. I walked to this Mcdonald but there a private lot here with limited parking and also a drive thru. I placed my order through their mobile app and used their deal on the soda with fries. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all so I was able to walk up and told them my order number. I saw that they closed the soda fountain machine and that they are also have a kids play area here. They had a notice next to the pickup that said no refills on the coffee. My order was done quick and accurate. The customer service I received here was fine and I had no issues. The fries were delicious, seasoned perfectly and my drink didn't have a lot of ice which is how I like it.

Waited and got stuck for over 30 minutes in a very long, double-lane, drive-thru line during the holidays ... just for a large order of fries. I was patient, knowing everyone else was experiencing the same thing. My app wouldn't open, so instead of about $1.85, they cost almost $7.00. I had waited so long, I decided to just pay it because I was really craving McDonald's French fries. The kicker is, they seemed old, hard, not very salty ... tasted terrible. I didn't have time to go back to get a refund or replacement.

I came here plenty of times to give them a chance. And seems like the couldn't get my order right. Not just that, but the service was quite bad. Specially coming from the manager there. Seems like she doesn't like her job. Can't get order right Can't provide good customer service And most of all, the attitude when you're ordering food.

Not big on breakfast fan but McDonald’s has one the best hot coffees in town. The closest place to the car dealership. (Don’t like Starbucks hot coffee) The service was by far the best customer service I’ve experienced at a McDonald’s. Jerrick didn’t have to engage other than to hand over the food ordered at the kiosk. Jerrick, however, greeted us (saw and heard him interacting with many folks) with the biggest, warmest smile on a gloomy Saturday morning. He even helped an older couple figure out the use of the kiosk for future coffee orders. While Jerrick was getting me a coffee refill, two other staff members asked if I’ve been helped. Thankful for folks who like what they do and make you feel welcome.

My girl and I like coming to this McDonald's. The manager (NoraLiz)is super cooperative and we like her attitude and she is very nice and friendly. One of the young workers who gave us water is nice too. We like the food here and overall it's cool.
