McDonald's Menu Prices at 6309 Lankershim Blvd ★3.6 (1456)

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, hash brown and sweet tea and the app charged me but the order didn’t show on my app. I ended up having to go inside to show them the bank transaction and they agreed to give me my order but then after leaving I realized they gave me just a biscuit with egg (no cheese or bacon) and an unsweet tea. This is the worst location I’ve ever been to in my 30 years of being alive.

I understand McDonald’s is a low bar of service and I understand they hire mostly college students and teenagers who couldn’t care less. But there’s a fine line between bad service and abysmal. I waited in the drive thru, got sent to park to wait for my meal but asked for sauce before I left the line. Food came out late and cold. Noticed the sauce I asked for was not in the bag. Asked the worker to grab me some sauce and told me to get it inside. Walk inside to ask for sauce and I make eye contact with 2 workers and then proceeded to be ignored by both workers. It took me having to loudly ask “excuse me” and that even took time for a reaction. If you can’t even bother to help a customer in need then you have no right to work in customer service. This store seems to ask for a lot of leeway with time and wait but the store refuses to even give an ounce of effort the customer. This store is bad and I used to work at McDonald’s but then we actually cared about a modicum of customer service quality. Won’t eat here again. Horrible. I get better service at Taco Bell.

Good location i ever been. It has two floors and have greats food. The only problem is they only serve decaf coffee only on breakfast times not lunch times which is the bad thing since not a lot of people want strong coffee and the long wait time to get you food. Anyway it was good.

This review is a long time coming cuz I do give people the benefit of the doubt, like off day here and there but the service here is the absolute worst! I get some will say it's McDonald's but I mean at least attempt to show the guest you appreciate the job! Not everyone is so lucky! Food takes way to long, they cancel orders before breakfast ends just to be "lazy" about it. If the app allows you to order then fulfill the order that simple! I think management needs to reevaluate the staff and follow up on expectations because this is way below any fast food experience I have ever experienced! Also, to the owner please reply to people vs sending a automated reply it's shows us why things haVe got so bad in recent reviews, I mean it's an obvious issue cuz look at all the bad reviews one way to fix things Care about your job and whatever it is you do!!!!♥️

I placed an order for breakfast before 10:30, I ended up getting sidetracked and didn’t arrive until a little bit until after 10:45. But they had cancelled by order. I asked them what happened to it, and they kept saying they didn’t have it and that they don’t prepare the order until I get here. That’s a lie. McDonalds always prepares the food ahead of time when you order through the app so it’s ready when you get there. And of course when I asked them to remake it they said they would not. Really awful service.
