McDonald's Menu Prices at 1701 Oceanside Blvd ★3.5 (1020)

I placed a dine-in order at 8:58 AM and didn't receive it until 9:40 AM, well after the breakfast rush. Despite attentively waiting, other customers received their orders first. After a 10-15 minute wait, I inquired about the status of my order at the counter, and waited an additional 30 minutes. The employee who rang up the order, noted by the dollar bill earrings, claimed our number was called, which is illogical for a dine-in order. This same employee passed by us while delivering dine-in orders to others, yet our food was presented in a bag. Additionally, our hot coffee order, which was meant to be orange juice, was also incorrect, and they ended up giving the cold coffee to an old lady who came back to complain while I was still waiting for my food. When they finally brought my frappe, it was all melted, so it had to be remade. The overall service was extremely poor. I recommend that management provide additional training to front-end staff and ensure the restrooms are cleaned regularly every 30-60 minutes. I will not be returning to this location!! :)

Everything was good but apparently the city has charged them with an ocean cleanup fee since January 2025. Hence we also should be paying for the paper bags. Other than that food was fresh and service was great.

Came here today for my kids to play. Sat down at a table near the play area and it was filthy. Clearly had not been cleaned since the last person sat there and the restaurant was near empty. I asked an employee, who was a twenty something hispanic girl with her hair in a ponytail with braids who was walking by if we could get something to clean it and she didn't barely look at me , and didn't say a word, much less apologize for the mess. Even\nWhen she came back and cleaned it and I said , thank you , she was still incredibly rude and not acknowledging me. Really hate to be disrespected when I come to a place to relax with my kids.

It must not be a very enjoyable place to work because every single worker seems miserable.. I’m not really sure why they ask what sauce you want with your order if it almost always missing from the bag.. if you have the audacity to ask them for it they get snippy and rude only giving you one of the sauces requested. Like when did it become so difficult to get sauce for your fries lol. It’s really not that big of a deal but it’s just funny how they tell you to put it on your order at the window but then don’t add it when you do ask ahead of time. Also they need to fix the speaker or hire people of sound earing because the old middle eastern lady can never understand a word I say even when I’m practically yelling.

Spanish old Mexican female working at drive thru got my order wrong because she did not know English. When I tried to correct my order she got an attitude. It's not my fault she doesn't understand English or wants to work there.
