Their machine doesn’t work here and they’re telling you that you’re getting your order mixed up or you didn’t even put an order in withholding your food order twice and then they finally give you your first order and then your second order so you have to go and spend twice the amount of money for only one order because their machine machines don’t work!! I have pictures on my app, but I ordered I ordered online. I’m not stupid. You can’t blame this on me cause you don’t even have proof I do. I’ve proved a back up my claim and I will report you guys not just to corporate But for withholding my orders! It seems like they just wanna play games and they don’t wanna serve me and they can’t get away with us and blame me cause I didn’t do anything wrong. I didn’t get it wrong,they did. There is a male staff member that messes up my name and always messes up orders from behind the counter. One time as soon as I came into this location to pick up food, he saw my face and started laughing at me with his coworker a woman. This last time when I ordered a coffee, there was no sticker on it with no label. It taste like there’s nothing but sugar in there. When I order it online, I customize it and only order one or two creams but they pour in six creams and they don’t care about the adjustments you make online. I couldn’t tell if he made my order correct. He yelled over the counter iced coffee when I ordered a medium sugar-free coffee. The guy can’t read.

Waited 7 min at the counter and no one would take my order! The shift leader told me to use the kiosk to order, with attitude like I was stupid for nor not using it! When I use the kiosk they always mess the order up so I don't like it. So I did.... No pickle, easy onion... pretty easy right? Well no.... it comes no onion, easy pickle! Once again proving they can't get an order right.

Shouldn’t be hiring or promoting some of these “lil youngsters” to a manager position when they clearly ain’t old and mature enough, today this lil girl “Leah/aleah” started by being rude, trying to tell me what to do next time and after I gave her the same energy back she didn’t like it 🥺 made such a bigger deal than it really was I mean I worked at McDonald’s over 20yrs ago and what she was complaining about (bagging my food) isn’t a big deal 😁 I told her to just hurry up and give me my toddlers food I mean how hard is that? Again been there done that if you can’t handle the rush fast food gets then look for another job simple as that. Lil one looked like 18yr old I feel bad for her but that’s not an excuse. She honestly lucky I’m pregnant and had my 3yr old w me. As soon as someone from corp reaches back out so I can forward the video I took of her being so disrespectful

LOCALS STAY AWAY! I live in the area and have gone here so many times over the years. The customer service has always been subpar and workers are not friendly at all. They have gotten my order wrong many times but hey it's fast food we all know how that goes. Today however was the last straw for me. I placed an order on the mobile app for my whole family. My mother drove down to pick up the order and I stayed home with my wife and new born child. When the mobile number was given to the employee at the speaker they claimed someone has already picked up the order. It was explained that no we did not pick up our order yet, we have the receipt and the code that the app says to provide. The employee was very argumentative and wanted to go back and forth to try and not give us the food I paid for. When we asked to speak to the manager another employee with an attitude came to the window and pretended to be the manager. Not once did the restaurant acknowledge that they made a mistake or apologize. The rude employees and poor customer service truly speaks to how this restaurant is being managed. In the end we got our food. Hopefully this is wakeup call to the owner.

I went to this McDonald's, and the customer service was good, and the food was delicious. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and medium fries.
