McDonald's Menu Prices at 6370 Mack Rd ★3.4 (1511)

The McDonald's location at Mack and Valley consistently provides excellent service. During my multiple visits, I found the food to be consistently hot and fresh. On my most recent visit, I placed an order through the app and requested a hot beverage, but unfortunately, their espresso machine was out of order. The staff informed me of the issue upon my arrival and took the initiative to prepare a frappe as a suitable alternative, demonstrating a proactive approach to rectifying the situation. Furthermore, the manager graciously included a complimentary bag of cookies. I would have liked to show my appreciation through a tip, as the staff's customer service truly deserved recognition.

Great McDonald's close to Elk Grove. A little on the dirty side Been here several times. I use the curbside and app ordering. It's literally kept me alive and eating before [using the app mobile ordering for points Free 🍟 😃]. Larry and the morning crew are always fast, efficient and never issues with food quality [fast food 😋] or freshness [never cold food!]. Curbside is one of the best 👌 yet!

This was my first time getting mc Donald’s and I was disappointed. I spent 40 dollars worth of food and there was hair on my fired and a hard peace of plastic on the burger. Would not recommend this place.

Worst experience ever app sent item to the wrong location many times I literally have it saved to this one the app wouldn't allow a deletion I went to get my order seeing if they could make it anyway or if I could receive a refund worst store ever meal I was supposed to get qauter pounder meal large everything

This establishment is very unprofessional uncompassionate and no sympathy for people who are less fortunate very rude un organized and filthy well it starts with the first time you walk into a place no smiles no welcomes it takes very long for your order to be taken they will just walk away like they do not see you second you try to sit down and enjoy a hard day at work money on food that you are expecting to be fresh and neat then you notice that some of your order is missing having to cause a problem or complain when really you just wanted to enjoy the food and atmosphere then you sit down and see that the tables are filthy and when you bring it to there attention attitude and distance like you have made the mistake everyone that has been here all has had a bad experience with ethier bad customer service cleaness and bad bathrooms or missing items I highly do not recommend this unorganized establishment to be a place we're family friends or just a quick bite a place to choose you will leave humongously disturbed and unsatisfied treated poorly and still hungry
