McDonald's Menu Prices at 5065 Clairemont Dr ★3.7 (693)

Since the dining area was closed, I used the drive-thru last night. The female employee who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional; rolling her eyes, handing my order in a passive-aggressive way, and slamming the window shut. This behavior is unacceptable and completely ruined my experience. I shouldn’t have to assume someone is having a bad day, staff should be professional regardless. I also saw other customers mentioning the same employee in the comments. Instead of directing us to another link to file a complaint, please take the feedback written here seriously. Writing it here should be enough.

I believe her name is Genevieve she is usually cashiering and is amazing! She is kind, smart and very professional. It's great to see such a young person be respectful and on point with special orders.

I've driven through a few times in the past 12 months and it's a mid vibe. Twice I ended up missing food and/or condiments that I paid extra for. The first time I let it slide but the next, I called and was told to come back to collect my missing food. That was not a viable option (I'd headed out on a road trip that evening) so I told to leave my name so I could come another day. The morning I returned, I was told I couldn't be refunded lunch items while the breakfast menu was active, and to return again later. I held my ground (less than mediocre customer service) and was refunded partially- needless to say a full refund would have made me feel better compensated.

I love McDonald's, I love the app. It's very convenient to order your food ahead, pay for it, and pick it up through the drive-thru. However, the last time we ordered somehow my order got lost. I ordered it in the app. I paid for it in the app. Went to the restaurant, and they couldn't find it. I had to order it at the window. Had to move up to the secondary window to wait extra for my food. Made me late back to work from lunch. I did get my money refunded from the order I paid for online, but not my points that I used for the order. This is the first time that this has happened to me, but it's still disappointing.

Only went through the drive thru - but everything was as expected, the food and service was quick and all was great. One thing that was annoying though, all the other stores I go to the iced tea is $1.50 and this store it was priced at $2.39.
