Everytime I order from this place my order is completely incorrect!!! And then I have to spend an extra 20 mins rectifying my order. Every frickin morning this place makes me late for work because they can’t get an order right every morning I arrive. Yet I still do t learn my own lesson. Too bad it’s the only place open. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Terrible

Feels like I’ve ordered food from at least a thousand different McDonalds in my life and this is single handedly the worse one I have ever been to. The staff there is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will give just two examples of experiences I’ve had with this location. First one, most recent I ordered food off the app at around 2am. I went through the drive thru (only thing open) to pick up my order. The employee on the speaker proceeded to tell me they didn’t have any pending orders. I said I can show you my confirmation on my phone at the window and he said “no”. I drive up to the window trying to show my confirmation on my phone but they don’t come to the window at all…I had to call McDonalds customer service for a refund. Next incident I went in to order food around 5pm on a weekday. I saw an older woman get her number called and she went to grab her food. The employee, an older short Asian woman asked to see her receipt. The lady went back to her table to grab the receipt out of her purse. She went up to show her receipt and the lady started screaming at her at the top of her lungs that it was the wrong receipt. She was screaming “WRONG RECEIPT WRONG RECEIPT WRONG RECEIPT”. The lady stunned went back to her purse to grab the correct receipt. When she displayed the correct receipt to the employee she shoved the bag of food at her across the counter. It was one of the wildest things I had ever seen. I felt sorry for this older woman as the employee was obviously trying to embarrass her and create a scene for accidentally displaying the wrong receipt. I don’t recommend going to this location. Go to the Popeyes next door. It’s incredibly likely you’ll have a bad experience just based on the few times I’ve been there and have had one every single time.

I would like to say I go here all the time and I never experience the confusion that I had today I went in to order a McChicken with money and with the points I wanted to get a free one with the app. The lady goes no sorry we can’t do that for you. It’s buy one get one for a dollar and I’m like why should I buy one for a dollar if I have a free one on the app And they look so confused and lost that I just left because they didn’t understand what I was trying to say that I purchased a McChicken with the app. I wanted to get one for free but the manager an agent lady or whatever just looked lost like she didn’t know what I was saying. Not cool I was very disappointed this never happen I always buy a burger and with the app. I get a free one for free but today the lady didn’t wanna give me proper service very disappointed in this McDonald’s food is trash and cold, but the employees are nice manager not good. the lady one, especially.

This location prominently displays their iconic slogan, "Over 99 Billion Served," beneath the golden arches. I ordered a Happy Meal, and the staff was incredibly patient, explaining the current seasonal toy options, which I appreciated. However, the overpowering smell of disinfectant inside the restaurant made it hard to breathe and created an unpleasant atmosphere. While waiting for my food, I encountered a strange individual who made odd remarks and gave me uncomfortable looks, almost as if they were going to ask me for money. It was a bit unsettling, and I think this location could really benefit from improved security.
