McDonald's Menu Prices at ELROD & MITSCHER (Marine Corps Station) ★3.6 (549)

It’s been about 2 months since I last came to this McDonalds because every time I do go, there’s always issues with my order. I placed an order at 10:52 a.m, and waited until about 11:20 a.m before I realized that my order isn’t even being worked on. To make matters worse, my order disappeared from the monitor that tracks the orders. As I stood at the counter for several minutes waiting for help, but obviously being ignored, my buddy literally had to yell to get their attention. I told the worker that I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and that my order had disappeared, and she responded with a very annoyed tone, “we’ve been calling your name and you never got up to pick up your order!” The order that she was calling was not even close to my name. I also had two buddies listening out for my name. She then realized that my order was in fact never made and proceeded to look for it in their historical orders. Since my order number disappeared from the monitor and the McDonalds app, I had no way of showing them proof that I had placed an order. After some more digging, they were able find my COMPLETED/ CLOSED OUT order which I never received. Scummy behavior for a billion dollar company. And the fact that they were giving me attitude the whole time is the most baffling thing!!! I wouldn’t even let my worst enemies eat at this McDonald’s!!!

This is probably one of the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to in my life and I’m including airport McDonald’s Update: I came back to let you guys know this place is still the worst. The only reason I go here it’s because it’s convenient and close when I get off late from work. Not only has this placed not improved but they have gotten worse. More than 6 times they have messed my order up or forgot to place items in my bag. It’s ridiculous that I have to check my bag right there in the drive thru before I drive away to insure my items are there. I’m not even asking for much. Just put the food I pay for in my bag. Today I forgot to check my bag, drove 30 minutes home only to realize they forgot my nuggets. There were 3 items in my order (fries, drink and nuggets) and they somehow jacked that up. They need a new manager or just tear the place down and put a vending machine instead. Save your money. You have better odds of winning the lottery than getting what you pay for here.

This (and most) McDonalds always has cold fries. I'm not going off base to get hot ones—I'm just not going to eat McDonalds because they clearly don't care about hiring employees who provide good service for the company's rising prices. What's worse is that the last Big Mac I ordered didn't have beef patty's in it.

No sauce for my 9 piece nugget meal, after they asked me if I wanted BBQ sauce??!! Soda was 3/4 full and soda spilled all over the outside of the cup.....so I wiped it in front of the worker, didn't even say sorry or offer more napkins. Fries.....picture says it all.

Every time we come they NEVER have any ice cream products available . We have gone literally a few different times spread out and it’s like they just don’t want to ever make it .
