McDonald's Menu Prices at 18850 Soledad Canyon Rd ★3.8 (1370)

I was sent to the Reserved lane by Christian (DriveThru) and waited there alone for about 20 minutes while other cars kept being served. No one came out, no update was given, and when I finally went inside, the staff seemed completely unaware that I had been waiting outside. It appears Christian did not communicate the order properly. Brian processed my refund professionally, which I appreciate. However, being forgotten in the Reserved lane for 20 minutes is unacceptable. This was a very disappointing experience.

Never in the history of eating fish sandwiches from McDonald's have I been given a toasted hamburger bun, until today. Also, the initial order of fries came out cold. When I requested a how order I was told they would be the same because the fries were fresh. This was the worst experience at this store I've had.

No wonder this location is piling up 1 star after another. I’ve been buying at this McDonald for over 20 years and was a very good branch. I take my teenager here when he was about 2-4 years old to play but this location has changed and not the happy place that I use to know. The employees today are very rude and don’t seem to care about the customers. I paid at the Kiosk and you are not greeted as a customer with the smiling and friendly cashier, the restroom now has a lock and you can’t use it very easily. Food may taste the same but preparation is sloppy. I hope the management is not the same as the one at that 14 freeway exit next to the Shell because they are also very rude. I don’t think I will be buying at this location anymore. Very poor management and service. Just a very sad place to eat.

We're never going to this location again. It took over a half hour to get our food. We probably would've never got it if I didn't go up to the counter to ask what was going on. Another time, I ordered the kids ice cream from the kiosk and waited forever. After we went up to ask why it was taking so long, they told us the ice cream machine was broken. Why weren't we told this right at the beginning? The employees don't care about customers at all here, terrible service

Fist time eating in at this location and my first impression is no one said hi and was greeted by a kios. When the food arrived the fries tasted nasty they were stail and has no salt on them. The eating area was very dirty no one had swept and there were two homeless men digging through the trash.
