McDonald's Menu Prices at 4801 North Academy Blvd ★3.3 (2610)

The first issue was that the app wouldn't allow check in upon arrival. I had to approach the drive thru window to get help. The manager helped me by replacing my order, but the food from the order was old and incorrect. Why is there cheese when I've asked for no cheese? Why is the fish gray on the inside? Why are chicken strips brick colored and hard? This is literally the 2nd worse experience with this store. The first one was met with an employee who complained about having to make order and how he was supposed to be off from work! What the hell North Academy McDonald's!!??

This is NO PLACE that we should be going to feed our children, or eat ourselves 😷 *I gave the “atmosphere” 3️⃣ star bc of the nostalgia of McDonald’s. ….. It was once a great place to go as a kid but then when I had children, it started going down a hill. 📉 But TODAY!!!! it is not even an option to consider as a fast food option for me, my grown children & even my friends DISREGARD as a realist choice to grab a bite. 🤷🏻‍♀️ McDonald’s has really scarred their reputation with their quality of food, 👀the poor presentation, 👀the absence of Customer Service 👀and the callous regard for healthy eating and nutritious lifestyles.🚫 ⏩️⏩️⏩️I’m not gonna lie…… I stopped by against my better judgment based on the hype on “TikTok” about their SWEET TEA 🥤 + 3️⃣ creamers 🐮 I’ve got to say it almost made me hurl. 🤢 DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE 👎🏼

l've been to a lot of different McDons, and I can say without hesitation that this is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I've lived in the area for a few years now, and I will genuinely go out of my way to order from this location because the staff is just that good. It's almost always someone new taking my order, and I honestly don't think I've ever seen the same person twice but somehow, every single time, the drive-thru experience is outstanding. Friendly, upbeat, patient, and welcoming every time. The food is consistently fast and hot, and over the last three years of coming here, I can confidently say I've never had a bad experience. That level of consistency doesn't happen by accident. Whoever is managing and hiring here deserves serious credit. You've built an incredible team. Amazing staff, great energy, and an all-around fantastic location. Love this McDonald's!!

For some reason, this McDonald’s will almost NEVER give you onions on your food. It has been a consistent occurrence every time where every single sandwich that would normally include onions never has them now. I wish I was exaggerating, every time. They have a certified onion hater on

They should change their hours on google if they only accept DoorDash and Uber Eats after midnight. After being sent away, despite already placing an order and taking my money through the mobile app, I order through DoorDash, only to not receive fries with my order, and I did get an extremely long brown hair cooked into the middle of my cheeseburger. This place is so awful I always end up more disappointed when I get food here. Thankfully got a refund through DoorDash, but feel I should warn others that this place sucks.
