McDonald's Menu Prices at 6901 W 10th Street ★3.3 (1573)

Went in and asked for no Katch up and this is all they gave and cold fries when I thought everything was going to be fresh as they told me to park and waited another 15 minutes for this ridiculous. Cold fries with no salt!

Came to the McDonald's that's closest to my house (47th ave) to try the new Big Arch Burgers. Placed the order on the mobile app so I could use my rewards. I got at to the store at 7 PM and they told me that they were out of quarter pounder patties and that they could cancel my order. My fiance went in to ask the manager how long it would take for me to receive my refund and if they could do anything about the rewards I lost since I wouldn't be able to use it at the other McDonald's location. The manager, Lestat, was super rude and literally said "it's not my problem". Lestat barely spoke English and had 0 customer service skills. All we were trying to see is if they could give us a $5 gift card/coupon for not only losing my discount but also for the inconvenience of having to go across town to another location because it is 100% your problem that you don't thave the products that your app allowed me to purchase. We went to the McDonald's on West 10th and explained the situation to another manager (also didn't speak any English and had to have another employee translate) to see if they would make it right and they basically said the same thing. There was nothing they could do. Its very frustrating that there is no customer service and these large corporations don't give a damn about their customers. I also don't understand how you can have managers who deal with the public, the public who primarily speaks English here in America, and they can't even communicate or understand what's happening. As far as the food.... My fiance loved it. His burger was fresh and looked good. Mine was gross. My patties were old and dry and the whole thing was slopped together. I wish I would of taken a picture to show im not exaggerating but I was over it. I have no idea if it was good with the crispy onions because mine all fell out. My patties and cheese were only on half the bun... Ridiculous.

The coffee tasted old and wasn’t fresh at all. Even after paying extra for sugar, vanilla syrup, and caramel, they didn’t add any of it. Really disappointing experience definitely not worth the price.

I went with my kids to this McDonald's but I was totally disappointed. There were some teenagers behaving really bad, using the soda machine in a bad way, they left a mess where you take napkins and ketchup and to top it off they dropped a drink on the floor leaving a big mess. The manager should have said something to these teens and also their parents should tell them how to behave correctly.

I was incredibly unsatisfied with the level of service at the west 10th street McDonalds in Greeley, co. during my last visit. First there was no one serving at the check stand. I tried to use a kiosk, which took my order fine but would not accept my credit card. So, I was directed to the checkout to pay for my meal. So I waited for 10 - 15 minutes for someone to come and serve the checkout stand. I asked why the kiosk did not accept my credit card. I was told the credit card reader did not work. I suggested there should be a sign up to let customers know. I was told that they were marked but customers take the signs down. I understand sometimes this restaurant gets busy, but some effort at serving all customers adequately would be appreciated , not just the drive through and mobile orders. Customer service is your business, not just delivering food to those customers. I would like to see attention given to genuine customer service in the future.
