McDonald's Menu Prices at 98 Weston St ★3.3 (2289)

Don’t order anything special (I.e. no mustard) or anything along those lines as they definitely won’t get it right. I go here multiple times a week and my order is wrong more than it is right. I am constantly having to drive back to have my order corrected and nothing else is offered for the inconvenience except for them to remake the item. Also using the mobile app which in theory should make it easier for them to not make a mistake. At this point I am debating never coming back.

Only ordered large fries and it took them over 20 minutes to give them to me. People who ordered meals or larger orders were receiving their food before me even if they placed their order after. The most slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and customer service is terrible. Saw 4 workers leave during their peak hour and they care more about serving the drive thru than the customers inside the store.

Me and my husband dine in with our daughter. And I selected two orders of the same thru the kiosk and when we got our food we received half of our meal. We had to go to the counter to ask for the rest of our food and the coffee that was order with our meals wasn’t even filled. We was served less of half of a cup of coffee with more foam in it and no type of sweetener in it. We had to keep getting up to ask for what was missing in our orders it was annoying I can’t really say I was satisfied..

If you can deal with homeless people and drug addicts approaching you and panhandling, that's the first step. Once inside you get friendly service and delicious food. Hot and fresh. I've been here countless times and the service is remarkable. Quick service. The atmosphere varies with customers and the bathroom is a bit of a mess. Can only clean after people so much. Customers tend to mess up the place quick, but they're always trying to clean up. Good effort and great job. Id recommend. The irony, as I was doing my review I just encountered my first ride employee. A manager.

Came in here for a quick bite after getting supplies for the restaurant. The line was long, and the kiosk was down. The staff did their best to get the guests orders quickly. The interior is squeaky clean and the decor is minimalist and modern. I really liked it a lot. Food came out hot and fresh. Thank you.
