McDonald's Menu Prices at 253 State St E ★3.1 (2912)

I had a fantastic experience at the McDonald's just a mile from my home! The young lady named Ashley truly made my visit memorable with her exceptional helpfulness. The location was spotless, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I loved the collection of photos showcasing Jacksonville's historic landmarks, including The Landing, the aircraft carrier at Mayport Naval Air Station, and a stunning view of downtown. Every staff member was friendly, but Ashley particularly stood out for her kindness and assistance. Five stars all the way!

2nd time I've door dash half my order is missing or not full. No napkins, straw or utensils. Good thing the hotel had those in stock.

I I must say today is the best customer service I have received from McDonald's in quite some time. I went for breakfast drive-thru around 8:00 in the morning and picked up my big breakfast and caramel frappe and headed to my appointment. When I got there I opened my bag there were no napkins, no jelly for the biscuit and the worst part there were no hash browns in the big breakfast. Well that is the main reason that I get that particular breakfast, because that's it all goes together perfectly and the hash browns to me are the best part. So I immediately got on the phone, called the store and was greeted by the manager on duty, Chase. I told him my disappointment about not receiving everything and he apologized,he was very kind and understanding. He told me that if I was too far to come back, if I could return at lunch time, he would give me a complimentary lunch to make up for the problems that I had for breakfast. That was the best customer service move that any McDonald's manager has given me in long long time. I don't complain to get things free like I've seen other people do I just want what I paid for. When I returned after lunch there was a child's birthday party going on and it was a packed out dining room, the associates were great, trying to get everyone, all the children and other customers organized and taken care of and I was very impressed. And Chase was no longer there, but the manager on duty was already informed that I was coming and she told me go ahead and tell them what I wanted and she would take care of it, as she was taking care of setting up this child's birthday party. The next thing I knew I turned around and she was back in the kitchen taking care taking care of the drive-thru customers and making sure french fries were being put down. As I said this was the best experience seeing them actually working quickly, all about getting the customers taken care of...doing their job and I enjoyed seeing the order in the chaos, that only good management can reflect. This is from someone with 40+years in all levels of food service.... Bravo!! this McDonald's management team and their associates have my appreciation today. As far as the food is concerned, well it's McDonald's so we all know what the food is like

I encountered three different human beings at this location today the gentleman @ the 2nd window was professional and kind; and the young lady who took my order was also very professional, patient & understanding and even took the time to explain why I had to wait at the speaker for so long. When I approached the window, I told her technically she didn't even have to say anything. The manager should have stepped in and said something IE: "Good afternoon, thank you for choosing McDonald's, please take a moment to review the menu & we will be with you shortly." Instead no one said anything, even after I said hello numerous times... I was ignored, but thought maybe the battery on their headset went out. But once I had to deal with the manager. I see why she never said anything she was another level of disgusting and rude! She repeatedly talked loud enough for me to hear with the window cracked that "She didn't have time, she didn't have time!" LIKE i was inconvincing her!! The audacity... she NEVER APOLOGIZED FOR ME HAVING TO COME BACK TWICE! SHE repeatedly talked out the side of her neck like I was bothering her. She daid no one told her about the tea refund.... but that's false bc the NICE one repeatedly what I said... which was .. " They forgot my Tea, I would like my money back! Bc by the time I make it home it'll be cold bc I had to turn around." Sooo i don't understand how you're a manager and you don't have enough common sense to understand that you needed to refund the tea. Why would I not want something refunded that I never received!!!! Seriously! I will be calling corporate.... this WAS one of the last locations with decent service. The manager JASMINE WAS UTTERLY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL AND NASTY!!! I DONT KNOW HOW SHE EVEN IS A MANAGER! If she needs the job THAT bad put her on the grill so she doesn't have to deal with people because she obviously lacks rapport & basic human decency!

If you want soggy greasy food you picked the right place. Their tea taste like coffee & you can’t even go through a drive through with out a homeless person coming to your window.
