I visited this location on January 5 at approximately 3:26 PM. I ordered a Big Mac with no cheese, a medium sweet tea with light ice, and an apple pie. When I arrived at work and opened my sandwich, I noticed that the bread was contaminated with bugs. Because of this, I did not eat the sandwich. Since I am not from this area, I have been calling this location repeatedly since January 5, but no one has answered the phone. I returned to the store today to request a refund. The manager, Diana, informed me that she could not issue a refund because the receipt is dated January 5. I find this extremely unprofessional. A customer should not be denied a refund for a food safety issue, especially when attempts were made to resolve the matter immediately and the store was unreachable by phone. Serving contaminated food is unacceptable, and the lack of responsiveness only adds to the issue. I am requesting a full refund and appropriate follow-up regarding this matter.

If I could give this location -5 stars, I would. The manager here repeatedly lies about orders. On one visit, I was told the food wasn’t there — only to find out later it had been given to someone else by mistake. On another, he again claimed the order didn’t exist, which was completely untrue. This isn’t just incompetence — it’s dishonesty. He shows zero professionalism, zero accountability, and absolutely no moral compass. To make matters worse, he intentionally drags out the process — pretending to shuffle around by the fry area instead of coming to the pickup window. Even when you ring the doorbell, he’ll stall as long as possible before finally stomping over and slamming the window open just to show how annoyed he is. It’s not slow service — it’s deliberate disrespect. McDonald’s corporate needs to step in and seriously evaluate who they’re putting in charge at this location. Customers deserve better than being lied to, ignored, and disrespected by a manager who refuses to take responsibility and acts like providing basic service is a burden. Stay far away from this McDonald’s if you value accuracy, honesty, or basic respect.

I stopped by McDonald’s on Biscayne Blvd (store 7166) and it was exactly what you’d expect from a classic McDonald’s experience. The location is convenient and open 24 hours, which makes it a good spot for a quick bite any time of the day or night. The food was typical McDonald’s — fast, simple, and familiar. My order came out quickly, and the fries were hot and crispy, which is always a good sign. The restaurant itself is pretty busy since it’s in a central area of Miami, but the service was efficient and the place felt clean enough for a fast-food stop. Overall, this McDonald’s is a reliable place for a quick, inexpensive meal, especially if you’re nearby and want something fast and easy.

Really don’t like McDonald’s after a DoorDash order arrived with missing nuggets and hair inside my burger, but I decided to try out this location. No DoorDash pick up option, so I tried to use their tech-screens to order but they were glitching. I decided to get a meal from the front cashier, $20 for a tripple cheese burger, large caramel frappe with 2 espresso shots and 10 piece McNuggets. Food looked small but tasty , no issues. Only 1 sauce provided. Facility was very clean , staff members were nice. At the end of the day when I threw my cup away, a big black item flushed down. But maybe someone put it in my drink while I walked away or wasn’t looking.

Customer service was horrible!, definitely felt like my food was tampered with. I always have a habit of smelling my food and I can tell you that I know deep down these people messed with my food so I threw it out. Will never again order from any McDonald’s that’s how disgusting my experience was. Who’s the manager? someone should be looking into this location seriously. please people make sure you check your food before eating it.
