The manager had a terrible attitude every time I go there always making side comments making guests feel uncomfortable and just plain rude. Just because you run the place doesn’t mean you should be that nasty to people. The corporate offices should do an investigation on this woman, she should not be a manager/store manager with her attitude she acts like she wants to fight anyone and everyone just so negative. I know I put it in wrong I admitted it but that’s not how I wanted it because I put it into the app incorrectly, it happens, don’t have to be rude about it I even apologized for it and tried to tell her before the kitchen started making the order but she just wants to argue ‘thats how you put it in the app that’s how you want’ lady don’t you hear me telling you ‘I accidentally put it in wrong’ I even said just use that same sandwich and put everything on it, I accidentally pressed the plain button as I was scrolling. I admitted it was my fault, she snapped anyways telling me it was me yes I said that it was me come on what are we arguing about. And to have your employees to step in and de escalate the situation that the manager is creating is not right. Please someone help this lady and bless her heart. I always see someone else getting her rudeness this time it was me. The next time I see her I will be sure to get her name and put it up here so everyone knows to avoid her attitude. She was yelling from inside ‘you put it plain’ as the employee handed me the correct sandwich. Oh I pray she can find kindness and happiness one day all that was completely unnecessary from a manager. If you can’t keep composure you shouldn’t be working as a service worker.

I go through the drive-thru. I order two McChickens without shredded lettuce and Extra Mayo. The young lady in the first drive thru window, Liliana, has seen me twice so far. When she’s on shift, my order comes out perfectly. Anyone else works drive thru, my order comes to me incorrectly. Liliana deserves a raise for accuracy and quality customer service and satisfaction. I will ask her next time I see her if she was spoken to about performance. I used to work for McDonalds in other towns and states. I know the procedures. This young lady mentioned that she keeps her coworkers on their A game. My rating is for her.

I had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s, and I feel it needs to be addressed. I ordered four sandwiches, but the employee handed me only three. Mistakes happen — I wasn’t upset about the missing item — but the staff became rude and defensive when I calmly pointed it out. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, they acted like I was the problem, which made the situation uncomfortable and unnecessary. Then, while still at the window, I ordered an additional McChicken and paid for it right there. Instead of simply handing it to me, they told me to drive around the building again, which made absolutely no sense since the order was placed and paid for at the window. When I checked my Double Cheeseburger, it only had one patty inside. At that point it felt like the quality control and customer service were both falling apart. Mistakes are understandable, but the attitude, defensiveness, and complete lack of care made everything worse. This location consistently fails to meet basic customer service standards, and I will not be returning. McDonald’s needs to take a serious look at this store’s training, communication, and attention to detail.

so disgusting. I want A COMPLETE REFUND! Yall are insane sending this food with somebody! I came from fort myers today visiting a friend for his birthday, we decided to grab McDonalds and everything was in the bag at least yall got that right…… but when i took a small bite outta my quarter pounder with cheese someone who WASNT WEARING A HAIR NET left his/her hair in my burger for me! a nice gift so thanks for that! then yall gave us twoo fries that were HARD AS ROCKS. I’d say im surprised but im definitely not, I want a refund. DO NOT EAT HERE! Oh and maybe turn on your phones so people can contact the restaurant directly!
