Look I get that it's 1am but it's still your job to have good customer service, today Oct/1/25 @1:06 am the speaker person greeted me with "what can I get you" didn't ask me if I was using the app and when I informed that I was using the app she proceeded with "what can I get you." Again. Then when I repeated that I was using the app she replied "okayyyy??" Like I was waisting her time. Good Customer service is a thing of the past.

This review is mainly for the managers ! PLEASE LISTEN TO CUSTOMERS REQUEST.. train your team to read and comprehend. Numerous occasions I ask for salted fries (as u might guess it ; it’s because fries are NEVER salted. Not even ever so slightly )….. so I figured I’ll ask for extra salt…. NOPE. In fact no salt at all on the fries. If I’m paying money for something and you guys are allowing accommodations, please do just that and accommodate !! It’s not rocket science. It’s very much so annoying and frustrating. This continues to remind me y I don’t do fast food to begin with. Yet alone this MCDS

Maybe because it’s McDonald’s, people only post negative things to say. Majority of the recent reviews are just upset customers. I’m here to change the narrative. This is actually one of the better McDonald’s I’ve been to. Never get my order wrong and I’m usually thru the line pretty quick. Thanks for being great, yall.

MenuPriceTracker vs. Delivery Apps & Other Price Sites

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.

Why not just check TripAdvisor for McDonald's prices?

TripAdvisor doesn't track individual McDonald's store prices. Any price information on TripAdvisor is user-submitted, covers only a small fraction of locations, and can be months or years out of date. MenuPriceTracker tracks store-level prices for 9,200+ US McDonald's locations across all 50 states, refreshed monthly from the McDonald's app.

Where does MenuPriceTracker get McDonald's price data?

Prices are collected at the store level from the McDonald's app, covering 9,200+ locations in every US state. Each store's data is refreshed monthly so you see real local prices — not a national estimate, a delivery markup, or crowdsourced guesses. The national average, state averages, and per-city averages on this site are all computed from that same store-level data.
