McDonald's Menu Prices at 2707 Monument Rd ★3.1 (1897)

This place is always a mess. Managers all have attitudes every time I have been and they can't read orders right. On this trip, it took them 3x to get the sauces right on my order and the second meal was a Big Mac with 3 patties on it. Also as you can see, all orders are always in red

The service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLEEE. My orders were missing, My food was uncooked and the service was super slow. The workers were even eating and texting on their phone while preparing the foods.Even the manager was slow. And the employees were not even using gloves while preparing the food super UNPROFESSIONAL…….. If u want uncooked food, missing orders, slow workers go here.Like my burger was either eaten by one of the workers or the turtle.

I often walk to this mcdonald's after work and never had issues with mobile orders. My mother was out of the house so i asked her to pick up some mcdonald's on the way home as i had a birthday offer for a free item i place my order seeing that they only offer one sauce for the free nuggets i got with the voucher so i go into the condiment section of the app and add 2hot mustard sauces and two sweet and sour upon my mother getting to the drive through she's told she needs to pay for the sauces as there isn't anything free in the world? she asked for the manager and she backed up the worker? the app has sauces listed at 0.00 so i believe she was maybe pocketing the change. Upon arriving home i check the bag to check if they had given us everything hearing this from my mother i was very suspicious as to if they tampered with my meal due to their rude behavior checking my bag i see that I'm missing 2 nuggets from a 6 piece? ive also been inside numerous times its not very clean but who would expect cleanliness from a bunch of immature adults.

Tonight I went through the drive through to get a quarter pounder meal. The food was raw. I called the manager to report it and get a refund. They are moving too fast and having teenagers work too quickly and the quality shows. I will never get food from here again. I asked for the corporate phone number and it was posted at the front door. That phone number is not in service. Just another way to dodge their customers. Thank God for google and getting the correct phone number. I will also contact the health department.

This establishment has improved since last time I quit going. Employees are actually nice, even though not all are very attentive, especially when requesting refills. They really need to bring the soda machines back so we can do it out selves. Still errors on orders but more accurate than prior times.
