Had to edit my post!! Outstanding service!! Something happened over the past couple months. They are My favorite McDonald's, I highly recommend them.The service is outstanding very compassionate and caring.Young people working behind in the kitchen.In the front uh, counter a great job.Thank you Something I have to add!!! I worked at mcdonalds, my 1st job, and the smell in a mcdonalds is the same everywhere!!! I noticed it this morning picking up my meal!!! It is such a yummy smell!!!

**1/17/26** Went to pick up a to-go order around 6–7 pm. The young lady at the front counter was really nice and attentive, but everything else was pretty bad. They were clearly short-staffed, but there was no sense of urgency at all getting orders out. The workers in the back had bad attitudes, and there was some strong language coming from who seemed to be managers—one in particular. I pick up food from different McDonald’s locations often, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had inside. There was no apology for the long wait, and it felt like all the attention went to the drive-thru (I assume to keep the drive thru time down) while customers inside waited an unreasonable amount of time.

Look at me and greet me with a smile when I approach the window, be warm and not so robotic and cold. I just went to a McDonald’s on Wells Road and they showed me that it doesn’t take an act of Congress to have decent customer service, even if you don’t like your job. I wanted buffalo and ranch and they tried charging me for the ranch, every McDonald’s that does that expect to get a bad rating because that is a terrible policy, other fast food restaurants don’t penny pinch and Taco Bell gives 40 sauces for each bag, do better and learn how to please your customers.

Ordered a 1/4 pounder meal got a flattened regular dam burger 2nd time here with a problem . Third time I have a problem raw meat . This is a health hazrd.
