McDonald's Menu Prices at 2425 69th Street E ★2.1 (193)

If you like raw hamburger meat you can go ahead and eat here. I'll attach pictures. It's pretty gross. They did it twice. Then made me wait about 15 minutes for them to cook the 3rd one and it was completely burnt and dry. I'll admit no pink but it was not good. Normally when a restaurant first opens up they put their best foot forward. Seems like these people are doing the opposite. I even contacted McDonald's corporate. They said they get back to me. No one ever did sounds about right. But I will not be frequenting this McDonald's anytime soon and I live down the street. If you think I'm one of those people that just complain go look at my other reviews. I'm not. I'll even add this in if you made it this far. When I brought my first burger back a girl in the back had an audible gasp and eww... sound sound. Then ask who who got this. Looked around the corner and then made another gasping sound. Ask for the manager after the second one was pink. I asked. Is this normal? They replied it was on a timer and I asked again. Is this normal? She said maybe somebody pulled it early. The manager never came back nor address me again. This place is just plain, sad and totally mismanaged.

The MORNING service at this McDonald's is fantastic. Not a big patron of McDonald's typically but my teen likes a sammie in the morning and the coffee has been great. The morning shift manager is a delight & the service has been fantastic. Two visits this week(very unusual for us...lol) and the experience has been refreshing in a day when customer service seems to be a lost skill. I asked for extra cream & sugar in a bag this morning, didn't know she actually MADE it that way & she NAILED IT. Thank you!!! It's the little things that make a big difference, thanks for fantastic service and yummy coffee!!

Honestly would give them no stars if that was an option. We went to dine in and it was a disaster. We get it was after the “dinner rush” but wow was this place a mess. No where was clean to sit, caution signs everywhere from spilled liquid and milkshakes. Absolutely disgusting, definitely won’t be back. Good luck, maybe give your staff more support. Oh and there was no ice for any drinks. ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE.. CRAZY

Wow is this new location getting alot of hate. I just used the drive thru and all was fine. My food was McDonald's for crying out loud. Nothing special - I was hungry and it helped. People were friendly enough. I did not go inside so I can't add to the horrific experiences in other reviews. This location is brand new so maybe they are still trying to get their act together. I would give them another shot.

Absolute disaster…. I would not say we are McDonald’s eaters on a normal basis, but with this McDonalds taking so long to open we decided to go check it out to see how it is… the entire restaurant was a disaster, trash all over the floor at every seating area, there was a milkshake on the ground with a wet floor sign next to it, and to top it all off, the manager on duty and three separate employees were on break.. in the restaurant… on their phones in their own seat not giving any initiative to even care… never again…
