McDonald's Menu Prices at 4301 Pine Island Road ★3.9 (1154)

Skinny lady at the front windows disrespected me. All I did was smile and wait patiently for my food. I said nothing. NOTHING! She said "give me one second!! Oh my gosh!" With a disgusted lookong face. What did I do wrong to upset this lady? What kind of customer service am I receiving from this? Is this how you trained someone? To be so upset and mean?

The only three reasons that I am giving a 4-star is because: 1. This is the very first McDonald's that I've visited multiple times, and the attitude of the drive-thru gentleman who always happens to service attitude never changes. His name I just found out today is Garfield, and he keeps a positive energy, which I found to be very consistent with every visit that I can recall. 2. The lady who gives the food at the end. I don't recall her name, but she's always nice. 3. This 3rd reason is for the 4-star review. I have never stepped foot inside this place, so I am unaware of the cleanliness and the service provided. I can only rate my drive-thru experience.

Best McDonald's to go to after seeing a movie. Service is good, but don't expect to strike up memorable conversations (theyre just doing their jobs, better to just let em focus). Foods not all that but for McDonald's standards, it's pretty good. Rarely ever had my order be incorrect/messed up, so thats a bonus.

Some lady had the drive thru line backed up. Refused to park to wait for her food. Ok cool. Not the employees fault people are entitled. However we sat there for 15 minutes before we decided to just back out of the line and go inside to receive our meal. It was a hassle inside but the gentleman was very kind and handed me my order even made sure I had my sauces. However when I got home I realized I was missing all my nuggets. So I called for a refund. The lady said I needed to return to the store to get a refund. I asked her “so after I sat behind that woman for 15 minutes and just went inside for my food. You didn’t make it right and I have to come back?” She said yes cause that’s not her fault. I said what’s not your fault? And she hung up. If you’re gonna inconvenience people (your fault or not) you should at least be more graceful when correcting mistakes.

Hardworking (amazing work!), very nice, sweet, and attentive (awesome customer service!), is all I can describe for Tahani. God bless her and really hope she gets a raise ASAP 😊🙏
