McDonald's Menu Prices at 6505 S Dale Mabry Dr ★3.3 (1926)

They would not honor my military card. They normally give 25% off your meal. So, I canceled my order, got my cash back and left with no food. The Manager did not do anything about it when the young lady called him over. He told her he didn't know how to put it in because the system wont let him. He never even came to the window to discuss the issue at hand. I'll never go there again.

Consistently horrible staff, the hiring manager is as bad as the snotty teenagers they hire. If you want to stiff Check of reality of people who just don’t wanna be here step into this McDonald’s. Unfortunately, I have to deal with it because it’s in my neighborhood and I love McDonald’s, but this is the absolute worse I’ve ever experienced so very sad. And on top of that as I was making this review, they got our order wrong. Amazing! Second time waited 24 min. For my food, I made them remake it. They scoffed at me and delivered me colder food and half my fries overall trash experience. At least they’re consistent. Went back two months later nothing was right my bag. And don’t even worry about ordering extra large fries that’s a joke. Ie last picture.

Should be zero stars! It feels like something out of a comedy. I didn’t read the reviews before going to this McDonald’s because, honestly, I never check reviews for McDonald’s. It just happened to be close to where we were staying. All we wanted were three waters, three sodas, and a holiday pie. We placed the order, and at first we were impressed because they offered a military discount. It was the first McDonald’s we’ve ever been to that did that. But when we went to pick up our order, they handed us the drinks and then told us to pull forward into a waiting line that was blocking the exit, just so we could get the holiday pie. There were two cars ahead of us waiting for their orders and one behind us, which meant the entire drive-through was completely blocked. We sat there for twenty minutes and the cars in front of us even longer!! The people in front of us eventually got out of their car and went inside. At the same time, a worker came out with a bag and walked over to them, but the order turned out to be ours. It was ridiculous. While we waited, I started reading the reviews for this location, and it felt like I was living a comedy skit. So many reviews mentioned the same issues: being told to pull forward, waiting forever, getting the wrong order, and cold food. When we finally got the pie, it was squished and disappointing. Sadly, based on what others have written, this seems to be the norm for this McDonald’s. The intersection is Interbay and Macdill ave.

Even newer update: contacted McDonald's as per their reply below about all the bad times I've tried here. They just emailed me and said, contact uber and didn't address any of the other times that I have physically been there. So they wanna put their little response to your review.To make you think they're reading it, but they're not gonna help you. Don't waste your time. Just add this mcdonald's to the list of restaurants not worth it. Terrible service, long wait times, bad food, a crappy employee attitudes. Update: ordered delivery. The mccrispy was the size of a mcnugget. The buns were dry as dirt and tough. Crappiest McDonald's. I cannot remember a time when I've waited less than 10 minutes at this drive thru. They ask you to pull forward then it takes 2-3 people asking "What was your order?".

I recently visited the McDonald’s near MacDill Air Force Base and had a pretty disappointing experience. I placed an order through the McDonald’s app for a 20-piece nugget meal that included two large fries. At the register, the employee scanned my app and quoted me a price over $10, which didn’t match what I expected. I thought maybe prices had changed, but it still felt off. When I got to the second window, they only handed me the fries. I mentioned I was missing my nuggets, and the staff told me I was only charged for the fries. I showed them my app order, explained that I’d ordered the full meal, and asked for the manager because it was clearly a mistake. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive, cursing while handing over the nuggets and basically acting like I was the problem. I didn’t argue; I just wanted the correct order. In the end, she threw in a few dollars as a refund and left me feeling really shaken up by the whole ordeal. I’ve never had an experience like this at a fast-food place before. I just want to make sure corporate is aware, because no customer should be treated that way. I hope this can be addressed so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
