McDonald's Menu Prices at 550 Gray Hwy ★3.3 (2132)

this is what they give their customers. Everyone attitudes was extremely nasty but I had already ordered I should’ve just asked for a refund then. SMH this is a completely RAW burger. Please save yourself some time and money

During my recent visit to this McDonald’s, I found the service to be below expectations. The staff seemed indifferent, and the order monitor was out of order, causing confusion among customers waiting for their orders. The dining area appeared clean, but the overall experience was marred by the lack of attentive service and operational issues. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve future visits.

I am not impressed by this location. The color of one's skin should not determine the service you receive! Our money was green just like everyone else's! We placed our order online for a counter pickup. Our food was handed to us and I received my drink but not my mother's. The gentleman then handed me a cup and I asked if it was diet? He didn't know then just agreed that it was. My mother is a diabetic and no she wasn't eating any food because she's a type one diabetic, she was just thirsty! The contents in my cup were wrong so we dumped hers to not risk it. Please know what you hand your paying customers! Many have medical reasons. I then dumped her cup and went to the fountain to put the appropriate beverage in it. The fountain machine was not working. I walked up to the counter and asked for a refill of the diet drink. They said get it from the fountain. I told them it wasn't working. They thought it was funny and laughed at me. I was told to go back to the fountain because it was unlocked now. I will not be back to this location and I sure in heck won't be made fun of at your expense because you couldn't do your job correctly!!

I have been going to this place for years. At first it was great, food was always hit and correct. Now, I dont remember when the last time they got my order correct. I am either overcharged because they don't put items together as a meal or they completely forget items that I have paid for. I have finally decided to never go back to that McDonalds and hope that it comes under better ownership/management.

Goods mediocre at best (it's mcdonalds), but good Lord can these folks please start putting salt on their fries again? Order extra and you still get none. Seems like Everytime i come to this specific location, I end up throwing at least a whole order of fries away.,
