McDonald's Menu Prices at 3660 Riverside Dr ★3.4 (2360)

Went in to get a burger and fries. After placing my order I realized my receipt was wrong. Told the cashier and she had to get assistance to figure out how to modify orders. I told no less than 3 different people how my burger was to be made (meat and cheese only). Got back to my hotel and it was still wrong. Do better. This isn't even bare minimum.

I used the kiosk to place my order. As I waited, I noticed other customers arrive and receive their food. After 30 minutes passed I asked one of the employees about my milkshake. A woman who I assumed was the manager told me matter-of-factly, "No shakes. Our ice cream machine is down." This is a statement well known to all McDonalds customers. I might not have been so disappointed if I hadn't been lead to believe I was actually going to get a milk shake this time. It seems the restaurant could have let me know sooner than 30 mins that this was the case. Ordering at the kiosk there could have been notice when you order ice cream such as "Sorry, item unavailable" Or, a low tech solution could be a post it note at the kiosk with the same information. The manager tried to be helpful by suggesting a frozen drink. It didn't suit me and I believe it didn't cost as much as the milk shake, which I had already paid for.

Drove to the drive thru on a Friday night just looking to get some coffee. Two cars ahead of me and only one of the two ordering lanes were open. Waited about 10 mins to finally get to the ordering intercom. The employee greeted me, asked if I was using the mobile app.....and when I said no, she immediately said they were closed because her manage JUST told her. Current time was 11.45pm exactly. Amazing.

Very slow. About 4 employees were all taking a smoke break at the same time outside while the cars stacked up outside in the drive through. Took 15 minutes behind a standstill of 5 cars waiting. I know employees need their breaks, but all 4 outside smoking at the same time makes it kinda hard for customers to get their food before it’s cold. Next time will be going to Cook Out or Burger King because of better service.

This was one of the cleanest restaurants. I've been to in a long time. And also, the crew were actually happy about being there and doing their job kudos to the management and ownership, if you're taking care of those employees, Like, I hope you are
