McDonald's Menu Prices at 5020 Harrison Rd ★3.3 (2299)

Ordered a mcdouble value meal. This is the sandwich they gave me. One patty and 2 pcs of bread. Nothing on it. They also failed to put any of my sauces in my bag, that are advertised with the freaking meal. And to top it all off. This is exactly how I pulldled my snack wrap out of my bag. 100% wasnt sealed up in the wrapping at all. Just fold the paper over and toss it in. It will be fine. "We dont get paid enough".... earn your keep. Tried to call and handle it privately, but was put on hold for 10 min waiting to speak to a "manager" before hanging up. So now, hear we are, for the world to see! Quality controll your staff, management! Also can I get the number to the dealer that whoever packed my order uses? Must be some pretty good stuff

My husband ordered 3 chicken with cheese BISCUITS this morning at the Harrison Rd/Eisenhower Pkwy, Macon, GA location. Instead, we received 3 CHARRED, inedible chicken muffins that were RAW in the center. We were in a rush and didn't have time to turn around to go back in. This is absolutely disgusting.

Picked up quick dinner. They had BOGO offer running on few of the items. Overall a good experience.

My entire order is WRONG.REMAKE IT or I'll report this as fraud with my Robins Financial credit union. this orange drink is disgusting(I DID NOT order 2 drinks)! The STRAWBERRY BANANA SHAKE IS CLEARLY WHAT I ORDERED that was halfway filled up.I'll be calling CORPORATE to informed them on how dissatisfied the Manager was to make sure my order was prepare .I advised everyone in MACON,Ga not to ORDER DOOR DASH HERE OR PURCHASE food here.I am Overcharged missing items from the Harrison Road location in Bloomfield. It didn't take 24 hours to steal my hard earned money and give me the incorrect food from a long day of work.I don't know what this place of business can do to make this right.I am extremely DISSATISFIED with Management( black male that was on duty on 10/29/2024), POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE when all I wanted was my food correct just like my FUNDS were correct when I decided to order from here. I will not complain again.I just know to continue dealing with Chik Fila because my order is always correct the staff are very caring to Regular customers like myself.I can't believe McDonald's has gone down hill like this.

It's sad when I spend my hard earned money for food and don't get what I order. Sometimes people are traveling and purchase fast food and sometimes they are on a schedule and dont always have time to double back to get silly mistakes corrected. In a restaurant the staff has one job to do get the order right. I dont like paying for a service and not receiving it. On top of an item missing from my order which was my hashbrown. My sandwich was not prepared how I asked for it to be and I wasnt given anything to stir my sugar and cream into my coffee. Please pay the people working their worth so they can take their job seriously and please hire people that want to actually do their job with competence and common sense.
