McDonald's Menu Prices at 5145 Cowan Rd ★3.2 (3094)

This McDonalds has not been able to fill an order correctly in 6 months. Every time our order is missing at least 1 item. If you call to let them know they will require you to dive all the way back to the restaurant to issue a refund which completely defeats the purpose of “fast food”. Better options around and better McDonalds close as well, I won’t go here again.

Placed order. Allowed me to place it got there and they were working on changing to breakfast so they wouldn't give me food I paid for. So I had to get a refund. Then tried to place a breakfast order and couldn't bc the breakfast deal that only works on breakfast apparently doesn't work until certain times. Nowhere does the app say that with the coupon not even in the terms and conditions. @Mcdonalds corporate. You are committing fraud accepting payment for orders you won't actually make and hoping customers are too lazy to ask for a refund. And then you are committing false advertising. By not including the apparent stipulations. You have to click to a separate page to see the terms and conditions and yet the time restrictions other than breakfast were not listed. We wanted dinner you wouldn't sell it. Then you lied about what breakfast deals you have

I’m extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled. I placed a mobile order and gave the restaurant the pickup code when I arrived, but they said they couldn’t find it. I pulled out of line to double check and gave them the code from my email receipt, and they still couldn’t locate the order. I called the store to explain that the money had already been taken out of my account and that I had both the receipt and code. I also told them my blood sugar was running low and I really needed my food. Instead of helping, the woman on the phone told me there was nothing she could do and that I should get my money back since they never received the order. I never got a refund and never got my food. The lack of effort or concern from the staff was unacceptable. It’s one thing for a mistake to happen, but it’s another for a customer to be completely dismissed. Worst experience I’ve ever had here.

The workers here are new and they are doing the least. My order was wrong. Then I gave a discount code but nothing was taken off. When i asked he just looked confused and threw his hands up. So I came here cause I get a discount that I didn’t get. Then my large fries have been coming out the last few times half full!! Fill them up!!!! It’s simple. If I wanted a small I’d order that. The need more customer service training

27 Dec 2025 i went to the drive thru and they forgot my nuggets. 29 dec 2025 customer service reached out and asked for my mailing address to send vouchers. I gave them my mailing address, Richmond Hill,GA 230 miles away from this location. 15 Jan 2026 I got the vouchers in the mail all for this location….230 miles away from where i live. wasted my money stopping here and wasted time trying to get it fix. This place doesn’t care stop at a different mcdonald’s maybe you won’t waste money and actually get what you ordered
