McDonald's Menu Prices at 5600 Bells Ferry Rd ★3.5 (1530)

Ordered through drive through, number nine no pickle no mustard. came with no onions even though it’s supposed to. Drove back up to get it corrected and this is what I received back. Yet again.

Avoid this place. If you want McDonald's there are numerous other locations nearby. The service at this location is atrocious. Requested extra pickles on my sandwich and received none. The person at the counter had an attitude when I requested they correct the issue. Ordered Tea to drink and it tasted as if it had been made the day before and had been sitting out for a very long time. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I'm new to the area and I love to go to McDonald's for the deals before and after work almost everyday. Well at this location at 7:02 and 7:12 pm I was cheated out my money and accused of not paying for my order. The cashier didn't even give me a receipt. I called back up there after I seen two transactions I paid ,so I asked the manager did I partial pay for someone else order and she said she don't see the sweet tea transaction which happened at the 2nd window. I live a hour away,y would I waste my time to call. I felt so undermined and cheated. I'm a hard worker mother of two and I eat on a budget. She didn't even asked the guys what happened.... Please train your people how to research and order .

I’m extremely disappointed with this location. This time my order was brought out with missing items, and the last time they handed me someone else’s order entirely. The wait is always long, and the food comes out barely warm, clearly not made fresh but taken from what’s been sitting around. Very poor management and service. I won’t be coming back.

I come here every morning for breakfast and I always encounter the rudest people ever. I always ignore it because it is the morning time but this morning the lady at the drive thru gave me serious attitude when she messed up my order. I thought just the drink was messed up, ignored it, paid the upcharge. Got to work to find out my entire order was just wrong, was not what I said at all. She argued with me that that is exactly what I said when I didn't even know what she gave me. Very irritated and you should avoid this McDonald's early in the morning.
