I love coming to new restaurants. It's clean, efficient, accurate, and the staff was helpful. My order was fresh, served hot, and they made sure it was accurate before handing out to me. The cleanliness combined with the efficiency is what made this a 5 star experience for me. Well done! I'll be coming back.

My bread was molded! The cashier was rude and half sleep at the window at approximately 2:15-am! I

Stopped here on the way to the hospital. Wife mobile ordered a medium iced caramel macchiato with 2x espresso but they handed me a small cup of milk that wasn't even full. I told the lady it wasn't right but she told me that it was a medium. Asked for a cup of ice at the drive thru but the lady who handed the food said "What cup of ice?", then told me I'd get it with my cookies at the 3rd window. They came with the cookies and still no cup of ice, so I had to continue waiting. I need the cup of ice for the breast milk my wife made for our baby in the NICU. Pulled into the shaded area at the gas station to start eating and they forgot my sauce so I had to go back for that. The customer at the front told me "good luck", he said he waited a long time just to get told to order at the kiosk. They finally came and gave me my sauce. Went back to the shaded area to start eating, went to get a napkin and they didn't put a single napkin in the bag. Big lead for the worst McDonald's in Augusta. The only bright spot was the lady taking the order at the drive thru, she was really nice, told me and my wife to have a beautiful day. It started great and rolled down hill real fast. McDonald's, shut it down and sell the location to Chick-fil-A.

I’m honestly not sure how this is a brand-new McDonald’s and it’s already operating this slowly and inefficiently. You would think with new management, a fresh staff, and updated systems, the service would be sharp and up to par—but that couldn’t be further from the truth. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that things were unorganized. Orders were piling up on the screen while the staff moved around with no sense of urgency. Customers were visibly frustrated, and several people walked out before even getting their food. I waited far longer than expected for a basic order that should’ve taken minutes. It’s incredibly disappointing to see a newly opened location already struggling to meet even the most basic service expectations. If this is how they operate now, I can only imagine how things will look in a few months if changes aren’t made. New or not, this McDonald’s needs serious improvement in speed, coordination, and customer service.
