Pulled up to the drive thru with no one else in line or in front of mevat the window and was rudely told they would be with me in a minute. Waited 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker and never even got to order so I just left. Poor and extremely rude service!

Got off of work and wanted to grab a quick bite at mcdonalds. Ended up waiting for an HOUR to get my food. My fries and some of my nuggets were undercooked and I had to wait 30 of those minutes just waiting for 2 apple pies. Workers are constantly telling people to pull forward but forget that you're even parked outside. Nobody at the window when you pull up, and when I pulled around and explained that I was waiting for my pies STILL, the guy said it was another 5 minutes when I was told 30 minutes ago it would have been out in 6 minutes. He eventually gives me 2 and a HALF apple pies. How do you give a customer half of a pie??

okay. so don't get me wrong, mcdonald's isn't always bad. But today, I order McDonald's and the majority of my burgers were cooked all the way, however, when it came to mine, it was really pink. I don't know how this works, so I'm not as mad as i should be, but I am a little confused… So when you read this, make sure that you ask for your burgers well done… And don't end up like me…

Chicken wasn't fully cooked in the breakfast biscuit this morning, and it smelled like plastic. I should have known better than to go here for my own food because when I stop here to pick up Door Dash orders, there's always some kind of issue. The place is filthy, there's rude or just ignorant service, or orders are incorrect.
