Yet another bad experience with McDonald’s. I ordered a large iced macchiato with light ice. I get handed a small at the window. Pull around, go inside to ask if it was a large. The manager says no but you got light ice. I said I know that, I ordered a large. She went around the corner with the small and came back 2 minutes later with a medium. I was so mad about it I had to turn around and walk out. Also, the hot honey chicken biscuit and hash brown were not fresh and pretty much room temperature. Won’t ever go back and suggest anyone reading this do the same. That’s stealing in my opinion. The audacity of a manager to give me a small when I ordered a large and say it’s because I got light ice is absolutely insane, THEN COMES BACK WITH A MEDIUM. There is a $2.20 up-charge for large. Pics tell the story.

Thanks for having such an amazing team!! My food was hot and made exactly as I ordered!! But the team members were the real treat… They were professional, courteous, and even humorous!! Especially the “Gingy” crew members!! I’m happy we stopped at this store and got to experience such an extraordinary group of people!

Meals / Ministries by Grace. Great job today kiddos! Get help not cuffed.

Very disappointed with this location. The Filet-O-Fish was extremely dry and barely had any tartar sauce. I haven’t had a bad Filet-O-Fish in a long time, so this was really disappointing. The double Quarter Pounder is usually juicy with grease coming out, but this one was completely dry. We asked for no salt, and my husband honestly felt like the Quarter Pounder may have been rinsed or soaked in hot water to remove the salt because it tasted bland and off. The nuggets were cold and didn’t taste freshly cooked. Overall, this was a really sad meal. The Post Road McDonald’s is consistently much better.

I genuinely have no idea how a business can fail on a consistent basis and remain in business. This location hires folks from bottom of the barrel with the worst attitudes. Heaven forbid if you ask a question, you get an eye roll and some short response with an attitude behind it. For the monopoly event, this particular location only gave you a monopoly piece 30-40% of the time. Wild thing to want $15 an hour when you give $7.25 effort. UPDATE: 11/29... FORGOT EVERY SINGLE FRY WITH EVERY COMBO WE ORDERED. HOW? Proving the incompetence, yet again. And McDonald's employees wanted $15 an hour... ROFLMFAO
