McDonald's Menu Prices at 3650 Peachtree Pkwy ★2.9 (1128)

My wife and I came here for lunch today and will never come back. As soon as we walked in the door, we could hear the tall black manager screaming at the workers behind the cash register as if I was in Boot Camp again, this obnoxious screaming as the workers to push out food faster continued throughout our visit The Latino man who took our order seemed to have no idea what he was doing. He could not find a lot of the buttons. The manager came over and did not know how to add the extra McRibpatty that I ordered. She said you have to order another sandwich and walked away. The food came out incorrectly, even though we saw the young man put it together incorrectly. I went back to the counter, and the same manager gave me a look as if it was my fault for getting the order wrong. She offers no apology. A few minutes later, a young black male, probably the one who had made our McRib sandwich, came out to the counter and stared at us, then walked away. Just a frustrated stare, then she snatched the McRib out of my hand and walked away. The restaurant is cramped, with too many walls, making it look like a prison instead of a restaurant. There are no condiments. You have to ask for napkins, ketchup, etc., behind the cash register.

I go to this McDonald’s 2-3 times a week and my experience is great. People are nice, the place is clean and if they mess up your order, they make it right. Sometimes they don’t have the Apple pie, so they offer you the strawberry? Yeah, that’s life, still 5 stars.

The employee at the window was very rude Spanish young lady, which was odd to me. They usually have good customer service however this particular location decided to tell us that we can’t ask for water at the window after we’ve already ordered. I thought that was a little weird to say to a customer that’s spending money in their store, but I let it ride. I noticed that the manager was standing behind her and observed that whole interaction and didn’t say anything furthermore when we asked for mustard and salt packages, the lady rolled her eyes, closed the window and was very rude, which the manager was still there observing as she smiled, and Smurf and laughed. I couldn’t resist but to leave the review because I’m big on coaching in the moment and I know McDonald’s attention is to not have their workers upset their customers if you want good customer service stay far away from this place management and employees are in on it together no accountability.

Everything was not right. Fries are not crispy and taste like leftovers. McCrispy children is not crispy, either. And they forgot tomatoes for my deluxe. Only good thing is the front desk lady who is very friendly. Will not come back for sure.

I’m a regular costumer of McDonald. This place is totally messed up. I order my regular breakfast combo, my order took sometimes to come out, my iced caramel coffee taste so bad (no sweet at all, even though I order extra caramel syrup in it). Will not come back again in the future.
