if i could give it a zero star i absolutely would! I don’t know if these women are just not happy with life or what but they need to find a job that helps contribute to their happiness because being rude to customers for whatever personal reasons is diabolical. I pulled up to the speaker waiting for someone for about 5 minutes.. no one answered so i pulled up to the window (i was picking food up that was already ordered) and waited there for another 2 minutes before this very angry lady came to the window being veryyyy rude! i was still respectful even after i read her body language and her attitude as she was walking to the window. I knew she was going to come to the window with an attitude and i still kept it respectful. she cut me off mid sentence, shut the window, opened it back and barely let me finish talking before she shut the window in my face again. she said they were closed and only accepting door dash (which is what i was out doing) but online it says 24 hours so i’m not sure?? maybe she didn’t want to work? maybe she just wanted to continue her phone conversation that she was ignoring me for? or maybe continue sitting, eating the food she’s suppose to be serving? i’ve had the window get slammed in my face by two different workers with similar attitudes as each other.. within the same week! it’s ridiculous! are we just hiring anybody now days? so many bad reviews on the attitudes, i’m sure cooperate calls, etc and they’re still employed? yall gotta have more professional people out there that needs a job! because they clearly hate theirs! cooperate should look into retraining them! you would think that at their age they would know how to be respectful and have great communication skills but no.. i’m YEARSSSS younger than them and maintain better composure and professionalism. acting like that on the clock at such an older age is embarrassing 😳!! just get a different job.. i don’t see the point of coming to work just to be rude to customers. don’t go here unless you want to have the same encounter as me.

Don't go through all the hassle and disrespect at this McDonald's store... Drive through is the worst, takes forever to place an order and always the person has an attitude, the application never works: to receive points or use points towards anything, asking for manager on duty or a person that could solve the problem is even worse, not available or in break, makes it even longer than needed, I'm not going back again! Oh, after almost 15 minutes of waiting at drive through, many left and honking, I received a wrong meal...

Horrific experience. Double drive thru filled all the way around the building. I went inside two people in there I tried to use the computers couldn't I stood by register for over 20 minutes before one of the ladies came up to ring us out there was six of us up there waiting to be run out when I asked her for help she told us to use the computer ourselves in order our food. I told her I couldn't figure it out and the other people behind me also were in there sixties and they couldn't figure it out or didn't want to use it finally after me asking her for help Serena's out she said you're going to have to wait I've got to take care of this over here there's only us here right now there was five people for the drive-thru but she was covering the front register she said I finally said something you were again and she came up and ring me out walk away customer behind me didn't say nothing to either we had to say something to her again and she did not come up there for another 5 minutes to ring out the next person behind me kept on doing that to everybody I told her I was going to call corporate she said okay we do not have enough bodies I understand McDonald's Corporation makes it sure that the drive-thru is under so much time per customer you guys time them they don't get that customer out a certain point of time they get in trouble and that's what their concerned about and this is not a one-time problem for my understanding I know a few people that work with food delivery service companies when they go to pick up the food for the customer there's no body up there and they will sit there sometimes for 5 minutes before somebody will even announce them. Either they're not doing their job correct or McDonald's you guys need to get them more bodies or you're going to start losing a lot more of the customers bodies coming in there. You need to spend money. Also I ordered my food with a large fry I got it and when I checked it at home no lie it was less than halfway full so much that I was able to stick a sandwich Inside the Box of fries and it's still been fill the Box. I will attach some photos. Very disappointed. It cost me more money to go to McDonald's these days and I could have went and bought a prime rib from the store it cost over $10 a person minimum. My buddy and I are going to start a YouTube channel regarding restaurant food prices starting off with McDonald's be in the base price. Just so we can compare Red Lobster Olive Garden ECT

Always rude. And I almost always get my order wrong when I order online cuz they refuse to check the orders when making them. If you order more than 1 of the same item (they have BOGO nuggets on weekends) you’ll only get 1. It’s a hassle when ordering for more than 1 person. When I’ve tried to reach out after the 3rd/4th time it happened cuz I realized the tickets aren’t fully printed, they either don’t answer or hangup immediately. Absolutely hate this place.

MenuPriceTracker vs. Delivery Apps & Other Price Sites

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.

Why not just check TripAdvisor for McDonald's prices?

TripAdvisor doesn't track individual McDonald's store prices. Any price information on TripAdvisor is user-submitted, covers only a small fraction of locations, and can be months or years out of date. MenuPriceTracker tracks store-level prices for 9,200+ US McDonald's locations across all 50 states, refreshed monthly from the McDonald's app.

Where does MenuPriceTracker get McDonald's price data?

Prices are collected at the store level from the McDonald's app, covering 9,200+ locations in every US state. Each store's data is refreshed monthly so you see real local prices — not a national estimate, a delivery markup, or crowdsourced guesses. The national average, state averages, and per-city averages on this site are all computed from that same store-level data.
