McDonald's Menu Prices at 444 S River Rd ★3.6 (1152)

RIP-OFF!!! Ordered a large latte no flavoring with my breakfast burrito meal (>$11 with latte up charge), handed the cup and it was really light. Took the lid off and it wasn’t even 3/4 full. Asked the guy at the window and he said this was normal and the machine was automatic. When home and scooped out the foam and it’s maybe 2/3 coffee. Will not be going back and will be getting my morning coffee fix elsewhere.

I used to come to this location every other day and in the last 6 months, this McDonald's location has consistently shorted me on the drinks I order. I usually get a Large Mocha Frappe and they keep giving me less drink and filling the extra space with whipped cream. At one point, I basically got a Large cup only half full and had to go into the store to show them the problem. The person who remade it, possibly a manager, STILL shorted me some. So I stopped going for a couple months and tried again. This is what I got. I essentially got like a Medium drink in a Large cup....Probably won't go back when other locations have better training on how to make them.

LOVEEEEE COMING BY & hearing MISS BETH on the speaker and drive-thru! Such a friendly, excited, enthusiastic and charismatic lady! She reminds costumers like me to use the app which is such a great life savers cause other employees get mad when you tell them you got a code Thank you Miss Beth!!

The place is horrible and ghetto. They took out of all the memorabilia of the original McDonalds building! They have the coworkers bikes inside the gate of the outside eating area... Really McDonalds you can't even have a simple bike rack for your employees? That's pathetic. And they don't even have inside seating... only outside seating.... it gets below freezing cold for Des Plaines, Illinois. This is sad for even McDonalds. Lastly I wanted a refill for my sweet tea when I finished my meal and the manager said they don't do refills!! Which McDonalds don't do refills? This is pure greed and not customer centric at all. I advise everyone to not go here. Horrible customer service.

I would put zero stars if I could, I ordered a sausage McMuffin no muffin,SOMEHOW. I got a gross burger with grilled onions, when I called to the manager the lady with a heavy accent who said she was the manager, picked up the phone.. didn't say hello McDonald's nothing while taking orders then eventually she says McDonald's,I try to calmly tell her what happened an she said NO SORRY we don't have burgers in the morning, in a loud rude tone like talking down to me , she wouldn't let me talk she just kept saying I was wrong, I said I tried to call you so that I wouldn't have to deal with corporate , but now I'm definitely taking this up before and I sure did but I thought everyone should know the manager here at the 530 ish pm shift doesn't care what happens to your food The drive thru lady in the mornings weekdays, elder lady is amazing ,so friendly and helpful,so I definitely didn't expect this
