For some reason this location has completely changed. For one you can no longer use the soda fountain amd there's no condiments or napkins out. Instead they fill up the sodas in back and then you have to wait until you get your food to get your drink. When they bring you your food they bring out a tub with the condiments and then hand you which one you ask for. A few times the a lady with the condiment tub will walk around and ask if you need anything else. Doing it this way we have noticed drink orders are messed up and I don't even know if you are now allowed to ask for refills. The food has gotten better and the last few times the fries have been hot and fresh which is great.

Ordered my food 20 minutes ago and just received it once I asked to talk to Wes the manager he said there is nothing he can do and that This is a normal problem. as he was walking away from me, cussed me out in front of his employees. Sickening.

This came out of the soda dispensers geniunely disgusting, when i told an employee about it they replied with sass, no compensation, and no concern whatsoever for the wellbeing of me or what soda they are giving their customers.

I placed my mobile order 20 minutes before arriving at the store to pick up. We sat at the drive thru speaker for at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to speak with us. We then sat in the drive thru line for another 10-15 minutes waiting for our food. I then got home to enjoy my food and my burger was RAW. The burger was very pink and cold to the touch. The food was absolutely not edible. After waiting 20 plus minutes for my food I expected way better. I took multiple pictures of my food as proof of this horrendous experience. This was DISGUSTING. I, as a paying customer, expected WAY BETTER. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Just ordered delivery from this location, I love maybe a 5 minute drive from the store and the food was all cold. The fries are old and stale. Also if you don't have the monopoly stuff going on at your location maybe contact whoever does that stuff to take it down off of the delivery apps. Very big disappointment. Management need to be on their employees at this location, how very sad you charge the prices you do and then give your CUSTOMERS old food. On further inspection didn't recieve the BBQ sauce I ordered, nor the packets of mustard, no straw, no napkins. Do better people pay money for fresh food and to get everything they order. Asked for no lettuce, no big Mac sauce on the big Mac and you put shredded lettuce on it.
