McDonald's Menu Prices at 3241 Iowa Street ★3.7 (2011)

Genuinely, the best crew nicest people ever. Whenever they don’t have anything or take too long they always give you something to compensate for it, which is really nice. They didn’t have a water bottle so she gave us three cookies that was really sweet. They’re always really fast and they talk to you at the window and make you feel welcome. Genuinely the best McDonald’s crew in Lawrence. Especially the night shift they are so nice! One time they took a little longer so she gave us big coffees! The night crew here are some of my favorite people!!

I usually never review fast food restaurants but the crew working nights was amazing. I am in Lawrence for Kansas state debat. We went it at 10:00 pm with 3 coaches and 15 kids. When we told the manager her we were all in one bill she immediately jumped into action like an experienced war vet. The short version is we probably waited longer to place the order than it took to receive the order when it was finished. That was a manager that knew how to handle the battle that is doing a food order for a school. 10/10

I am tired of ordering food and having it either be completely wrong or not even getting the food to begin with. I live 20 minutes from this location and realized when I got home that a entire 5 dollar meal deal is missing, my McChicken has no mayo instead of extra mayo, and I am missing 2 sauces for the nugget meal. I don’t typically leave reviews and I try to show grace to people but nobody ordering food should have to always pull into a parking spot and make sure their order is correct. I cannot tell you how many times I have to walk back into the store and ask for my order to be fixed. There is a ticket taped to my bag that says EXACTLY what should be in the bag. I’m frustrated that this continues to happen! I have no interest in driving twenty minutes back to pick up the second half of my order. This will be the last time I eat at this location.

I only had a drink but it went smoothly. I went thru drive thru.

Good mcdonald’s usually. The drive through worker today tho was rly rude. I asked for a big mac no meat, it said “Big Mac - Meat” on the screen and i asked for clarification. He said “that’s what it says on your screen” with a rude tone. Dude with a ponytail and glasses. I don’t really like this McDonalds anymore.
