McDonald's Menu Prices at 3025 Elysian Fields Ave ★3 (1764)

I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s on Elysian Fields Avenue in New Orleans around noon on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. I ordered two 6-piece Chicken McNuggets and was asked which sauce I wanted. When I requested Sweet and Sour, I was told it was unavailable. I then politely asked what other sauces were available. Instead of being helped, the employee taking orders responded in a very rude, sarcastic, and dismissive tone, saying, “What other sauces do McDonald’s have, ma’am?” I calmly explained that I didn’t know and was just asking. Before I could even finish my order, I was abruptly told to pull up to the window. The way I was spoken to was unprofessional and disrespectful. The interaction was upsetting enough that it made me lose my appetite and not even want the food anymore. When I asked for the employee’s name, I was told it was “Lay” (spelling unclear). Whoever was working the drive-thru taking orders at that time would know who this is. I then let them know what happened, they told me they in fact DO have sweet and sour and all of a sudden a truck came and dropped it off. Overall over customer service. I understand fast-paced environments can be stressful, but there is no excuse for treating customers this way. This experience fell far below the level of customer service I expect.

The people two cars behind me got their food before me. She keep telling everybody to pull around so they can hurry up and beat the clock so they can have faster food service time. They’ll tell you drive around and poke in the spot. Somebody gonna bring it out to you did she forgot to give me my hash brown bad service

I went for a egg McMuffin meal number one. They gave me bread and eggs. Mind you, I was the only person in line. This was at 7:00 a.m. If this is what almost $10 get you, they can forget about me coming back.

My first time here at this location and the service was top tier and definitely definitely definitely went well with the music playing in the lobby, I sat and enjoyed my breakfast while watching the service being given and the music playing in the background and I must say everything was perfect. Good vibes I wasn't ready to leave 🫶🏾☺️ thanks for good service and awesome vibes! 🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🫶🏾🙏🏽 5stars!

Run from this place! They don't have coffee or juice in the morning. They don't even know what you ordered and no receipt is printed at kiosk. Both toilets in women restroom were clogged with toilet paper and feces. Awful place.
