McDonald's Menu Prices at 4240 Louisa St ★3.5 (1976)

Talk about FUN! Louisiana has the funnest bunch of peeps! The staff was nice and the people who were eating breakfast were laughing and talking with our group of ladies! It was awesome! Plus the service was fast!

I ordered several meals and wanted ice cream with my cookies the young lady who took my order told me that it was broken something told me asked the young lady at the 2nd window she reply so polite we do have ice cream I’m sorry about that and the manager ask the young lady why did she tell me that and I still couldn’t order it at the second window I understood but what stood out to me was the young lady customer service she was so sweet she made me forget about being upset about the ice cream ❤️❤️

Worst McDonald’s experience in 35 years and likely won’t be back at one for years to come. Ordered through a kiosk - the kiosk was out of receipt paper - the screen displaying orders did not have my number. I ask the staff and they told me they did not have my order and to order again. I order again through a person - long story short - they make both orders and I was charged for both. They give me the second order, not the first - but incomplete. I tell them I was charged twice - both girls at the register say the manager has to help me - the manager refuses to engage with me. She starts pretending that she’s too busy making French fries (there are 8 staff members behind the counter) - she then takes a personal call. I start to lose my temper and she tells me she’s too busy to help me. Meanwhile I don’t have any complete order, and I’ve been here for 40 minutes and I’ve paid twice - 60 dollars. And it’s not even busy. After causing a scene they give me the other order, also incomplete. So now I’ve got both my cold orders that I don’t even want at this point. Gave them to homeless guys. Nightmare levels of frustration and dysfunction, this should have been a simple fix.

Unfortunately, I’ve been here several times that they’ve gotten my order wrong, even simple orders. I haven’t had the rude service that I’ve seen other reviews talk about, when I catch that the order is wrong. They are usually pretty happy to fix it without complaint in a very apologetic. But if I don’t catch the orders wrong, I make it home with things missing.

I just had the worse experience in my life in this McDonald the employees are really rude and they were ignoring me, they didn’t want to take my order they took 5 persons orders that were behind me until they took mine and didn’t even give the right food they gave something completely different to what I order definitely no coming back to this location
