Very nice and clean!! Great customer service! The food was fresh and hot very impressed two thumbs 👍

I've tried multiple times to file a complaint but you website might have a AI feature that scrubs complaint in your section labeled as "contact us". So I'll leave my complaint here. On December 9th at approximately 3:25 p.m., I visited your establishment with my daughter. At that time, the temperature was below freezing, and several students were outside hoping to purchase food and have a warm place to eat. I am unsure whether this policy is directed by the store manager, the franchise owner, or corporate leadership, but I want to formally express my concern regarding the practice of denying entry to these students. If they are paying customers, it is unfair that they are refused service based solely on their age. The situation is particularly troubling because, despite being denied entry on a regular basis, these students continue to attempt to patronize your business. Although I am not a student myself, I spoke with them, and they stated that this occurs frequently and that staff selectively allow customers in based on whether they appear to be high-school aged. I even observed an employee standing at the door permitting entry only to individuals who did not look like students. When I was in high school, I do not recall ever needing to be accompanied by an adult simply to purchase a meal with my own money. I hope your establishment will reconsider this practice and ensure fair and consistent treatment for all paying customers. P.s. I know this your web page is just want you the location is 1690 Presidential Ave Fall River Ma 02720

The drive-thru is horrible! they have two lines & never answer the other line. while proceeding to take others then get mad at you for yelling at them for ignoring you. This happened three times in the past 2 months. Next time I'm going around to the other line and I'm going to put in such a major order and then I'm going to drive away. Once again that's your fault!! Remember that.. PS and always check your food they always mess it up! Then get mad at you when you complain 🙌

it was a cold winter night and after a shitter hockey game at the Fall River Driscoll rink me and my teammates, decided to stop at the Fall River McDonald’s to relieve our stress When we walked in, we were very displeased to see that every chair in the restaurant was not on the ground and rather on the table allowing us to not sit down, even though there were still 20 minutes left until closing. When I stepped up to order my big Mac combo with a large fry and a caramel frappe them at the counter, decided to push her gender onto me. I am a very, very, very religious person, and I do not want other people‘s gender fluid is pushed onto me. The woman then proceeded to get my entire order wrong and I’m pretty sure she spit on my big Mac, as far as my teammates go, One of my teammates ordered a big Mac and found a piece of blue they them hair inside of itfive out of the six of my teammates that asked for cheese on their cheeseburger did not receive any and one of them got lettuce when they did not want to I will say I am rather disappointed, but the one Bright spot at this establishment was the fine young man named Alejandro if I could give a separate review for customer service, I would give Alejandro five stars. He is a remarkable young man with a very nice family to feed. I am so proud of his accomplishment at the river McDonald’s. He is such a dog. Like to request that I would like to request that he got a promotion to manager at the Fall River McDonald’s as well as a 15% raise on his income that way he can that way he can feed his family accordingly Alejandro, also known as as the “dog” Was the only bright spot on this McDonald’s team

Worst McDonald's! I try my hardest to avoid this place. Food is always cold, always-always made wrong, they do not accommodate special requests, and the staff is the rudest I've ever met! I only go here when I'm running late or can't get to my preferred spot. This McDonald's consistently disappoints. I ordered a well done hash brown, it was cold and soggy. I ordered a bacon bagel which is suppose to come with 2 slices of cheese, and a special sauce; this came with 1 slice of cheese, no sauce, the bagel raw/ not toasted, and half the egg that looked like it had been ripped apart. They didn't even get the drink right, and when I asked for it be fixed, the woman rolled her eyes... All of the above regular occurrences. This last experience is going to be my LAST time here!
