McDonald's Menu Prices at 7708 Landover Rd ★3.6 (1805)

Very very poor customer service skills attendant at the front working DoorDash looks at my phone for the name of the order. I’m coming to pick up. Looks at the bag on the counter next to her hand me a bag with the wrong name on it she gave me the wrong order

Personal are very rude, and also they charge you a $0.59 cent per each sauce, and also Maria donr give you the complete change, if you can to mc Donald and dont bring a complete amount they not give you the food, but they still take a penny from you in the changes. Bad bad service

I visit this location pretty often, I had an issue one little time and management surely went over and beyond to Slove it. Haven't had a problem since 💯

This McDonald’s is hands down the absolute worst when it comes to handling Uber Eats orders. I’m not being dramatic—this place straight-up doesn’t care. If you’ve ever wondered what it looks like when a fast food joint gives up on life, this is it. Missing items? Constant. Orders marked as ready and still sitting cold on the counter 20 minutes later? Routine. You’d get faster, more accurate service if you trained a raccoon to fetch your food. Half the time they don’t even start making the order until someone physically walks in and asks, “Hey, are you even doing anything back there?” And don’t bother calling. No one answers. It’s like the phone is just there for decoration. You might as well scream into a void. The staff act like Uber Eats is some foreign concept they’ve never heard of—even though they’ve got six tablets lighting up like a damn Christmas tree behind the counter. If you’re thinking of ordering from this location on Uber Eats—don’t. Save yourself the headache. You’ll get cold food, missing items, and enough rage to power a small city. This store is a disgrace to the golden arches. Honestly, shut it down and let a Chick-fil-A take over. At least they give a damn

I walked in the store at approximately 8 39 am there were 6 or 7 employees behind the counter talking not working or helping customers I asked for my order twice and was ignored by two employees they continued talking in Spanish all the customers are being ignored while they talk to each other I asked for my order a third time the manager said she was busy and wanted to cancel my order she had six employees standing right next to her. She should be fired from this job immediately. Totally unacceptable.
