McDonald’s needs to address serious customer service and order accuracy issues at this location, and this experience has completely lost our business. During a recent visit through the drive-thru, the employee at the window was extremely unprofessional and dismissive toward When my wife politely asked if she could have a ranch or two with her meal, he laughed and said, “Yeah, we’re going to have to charge you for that,” in a mocking tone. When she followed up by asking about ketchup and mayonnaise, he responded that we would be charged for those as well, laughed again, and then walked away from the window instead of providing basic customer service. Both my wife and I left with the strong impression that we were being treated this way because we are Caucasian and he is African American, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and upsetting. No customer should ever feel they are being mocked or treated with less respect on the basis of race when simply ordering food at a drive-thru. This is the type of issue that corporate policies on discrimination and equal treatment are supposed to prevent, and it reflects very poorly on how this location is managed. Concerns about professionalism and conduct The employee’s behavior—laughing at a simple request for condiments, refusing to engage respectfully, and leaving the window instead of assisting—falls far below basic standards of professionalism for any fast-food restaurant.[facebook +1] Interactions like this suggest a serious lack of training, supervision, and accountability at this McDonald’s, and raise questions about whether staff are consistently fit for duty while working with the public Management should be reviewing conduct at the drive-thru window immediately and ensuring employees understand that mocking or antagonizing customers is unacceptable. Ongoing order accuracy problems This was not an isolated problem at this location; our orders have been mishandled before. On a previous visit, I clearly requested no lettuce and no tomato on my sandwich, yet it was served with both, showing a lack of attention to basic order instructions When mistakes like this keep happening, it sends the message that accuracy and customer satisfaction are not priorities for this restaurant. Overall impression Taken together—repeatedly incorrect orders, rude and mocking drive-thru service, and a visit that left us feeling disrespected and singled out—this McDonald’s has demonstrated a pattern of unacceptable behavior. a result, my family will not be returning to this location, and management and corporate need to take a hard look at how this store is being run if they care about protecting the McDonald’s brand.

Absolute worst McDonald’s in the area. Always a 20min or more wait for food. Ridiculous…..Drive through is worse than the inside. Customer service is trash, and the waiting doesn’t make any sense, at all. Management needs to be replaced . Poor management of personal…

never can get the simplest thing right!!! I get the same thing every time I go... a snack wrap with just cheese no ranch no lettuce just cheese the wrap cheese and a piece of chicken!!!!?!!!!! That's it that's all they can't get that right they always put lettuce or ranch or no cheese or a plane plane it's just ridiculous they come up with ways to mess it up it up it really ridiculous because it happens way too often!!!!!!!!!

Always getting our order wrong, they rung it up wrong and we corrected at the window and they still rung it up wrong, gave us the wrong food, and didn’t acknowledge it. It also takes forever for the drive thru line to move.

This is one of the good McDonald's. But that also means they are almost always pretty busy. Especially in the drive through. Inside is usually very clean. And they promptly fix any issues, if there are any
