McDonald's Menu Prices at 1425 Missouri Blvd ★3.1 (1484)

I had a fairly large order that I was picking up. A young man that appeared to be the supervisor/manager was very friendly and courteous. He provided me my coffee first which was nice as I had a very short wait for the order. I was asked to pull up to a pick-up spot and the remainder of the order was brought out by a very nice lady within minutes. Very efficient and friendly. As I understand it JC MO is having a hard time finding staff for many positions. It was appreciated that these folks were so friendly and eager to work. Being in the hospitality industry for more than twenty years, I know great service, and this was it! Food was hot and fresh. Thanks!

are there idiots at this store? i go to order off my app for a 30% off qtr pounder and i specified that code was for a dbl. more on that later. i go to pay the moron that took my order taps my card and tells me to pull forward. get to the other window it didn’t go through. whatever easy fix. then i get back to work and find out i paid for 2 qtr pounders, one normal and one dbl. so that idiot charged me on two sandwiches when i wanted one. go to call the store and the phone must be unplugged. this is scandalous and not right. i would like this fixed asap.

Ordered 3 pies, one soda, had a reward for a pie. Was told they'd need to make pies, would take 12 mins. Waited in line to get to window to pay. There was a furry in the drive thru, wearing ears and all. Fine. No problem. Paid, was parked to wait on the pies. Employees seen hacking around inside. Its not busy since its about 1030 pm. Waited 20 mins. No pies. Went inside to get pies. See pics in warmer. Told they were busy and the pies still had 6 mins. Asked my money back so I could leave. Was asked by the furry if I had drank the soda! Was only given $5 back. Called manager the next morning to report all this. She seemed sorry. Said she'd send coupons for our trouble. Sent me 2 pie coupons! Not even kidding.

The manager Dawn was SO disrespectful and was yelling and cursing at me when I was just trying to explain that they were rushing us and we weren’t done with our order, I work at a different McDonald’s and we have NEVER been so disrespectful and rushing towards our customers!!! I will NEVER come here again!
