McDonald's Menu Prices at 13600 Big Bend Road ★3.1 (1242)

Pulled up to this location to get food in drive thru. The workers pictured here were refusing to acknowledge the drive thru and were walking around making sodas for themselves and going to the bathroom but ignored us the whole time. There excuse was they weren’t gonna cook any more and that they were shutting down early when they had staffing and should have still been open. Horrible experience and customer service. At least have the decency to talk to your customers. And let them know what’s going on instead of making them wait 15 min with no answer. They said they needed more staff but they had three people just standing around doing nothing. Hire people that want to work.

I’m pregnant and I was just served a raw burger from this location. My husbands burger had stale bread. This place is consistently understaffed and the service is never great… But this was the final straw for us.

I would give it 0. Went through the drive-through. I didn’t use The app. She said my computer needs to reboot. OK. No response for maybe about five minutes. So I just left. Tried calling that evening to complain to the corporate office. I gave the zip code , but they still needed the exact address. In my opinion, who has time to give the exact address when you’re complaining, with today’s technology, they could look up the zip code and find which McDonald’s it was. A few days pass: I was really hungry so I thought I’d give another chance ordering my meal through the app. I went to pick it up. Drive through was a parking lot . Around 3pm so I decided to go in. It was not ready. Gave them plenty enough time to get it ready it even said that it was ready. While waiting, there were several customers with either cold food or the order was not right. I was not the only one who had to wait to even be recognized . I’ve been severel times drive through lines being at a stand still. This was and is unacceptable. There are locations close ish to this one. I would give them a try over this location

Don’t bother coming between 10pm and 4am. You’ll sit and when they eventually get around to acknowledging you, they will claim they only accept DoorDash orders. Seems like they’re missing out on money from food they could be selling. I wonder if management or the franchisee is aware that they’re paying people to sit in their car and smoke. Update. 2-12-26. There are 2 employees working at 5am and you are able to place your order on the app. But it’s much too important that those employees are on standby incase a DoorDash order comes in, for them to be bothered to make anything else in the meantime. You have 2 people working and an app that allows orders. Google Maps says 24 hours. Show up and some guy can be bothered to get off his butt and make en Egg McMuffin, unless it DoorDash. He can’t be rude and pass off a computer. Or at least he hasn’t figured that part out yet.

Usually good but today I found a huge hair in my Big Mac so I complained to corporate and that store so watch your stuff
