McDonald's Menu Prices at 3710 Western Blvd ★2.7 (2441)

It has been a long time aince i have been in this mcdonalds and now i remember why.. got a big mac meal. The drink did not have any ice and wasnt full as seen in photo. Big mac was dry with not enough of the special sauce. Of course you can add extra sauce for 45 cents. How about putting enough on the sandwich so that you can taste it in every bite. I cant complain about the fries. At least the container was full. They don't have self serve drink machines and to ask for a refill may take some time since no team member is at the front counter. I won't be spending money here again!!!!!

I went to drive thru at 4:30 am the screen stated it should Be lunch or dinner . The manager made it clear that it is ok to speak to customers any way she would like. The screen is broken according to them so it only shows dinner. She refused to let me know what the prices were for breakfast. Sincere needs a lot of training or be fired. She does not have good customer service skills

People working overnights need to be replaced. Too slow. Theres two cars. It took 45 min for a hashbrown and an orange juice. Absolutely horrible. I know its mcdonalds and youre not suppose to expect anything, but damn. Yall take 45min to fry hash brown and want a raise. Seriously?

Older gentleman named Jason, has a mole on his cheeks and looks homeless a white male. Had a very nasty experience this morning when picking up a mobile order main thing being a Macchiato. After pulling in and confirming my order I pulled to the 2nd window to be met by Jason he then handed me my food and told me, not ask but told me to pull up to the front door. I had to ask again just because Im not used too bluntness at fast food workers like that unless the customer was rude or something but then i also remembered that there a special or disabled people that also work and this mightve been one of those cases. So I listened to Jason and pull up to the front door after waiting 3-4 mins he comes out with a iced coffee with whip creme. I asked him what drink that was and he told me it was the drink that I ordered. It definitely wasn't I told him this and he went back inside after having a childish tantrum. I then went in after wards and waited for someone to help me with my order after another 3mins a nice spanish lady who couldn't speak English well tried to help me. She then went and asked Jason for the macchiato and proceed to try to hand me again another iced coffee I then explained to her by pointing at a picture that it wasn't what I ordered after wasting too much time I asked her for a sweet tea in exchange she told Jason to make it and I asked him if he had a problem and he said no I made what you ordered. I left with my sweet tea and when I finally got home was blessed with an unsweetened tea. Put Jason in the back or have him responsible for taking out trash he has zero customer service skills. I hope too not see this man again at any food place.

The crew is too busy preparing food to pay attention to the counter. I ordered at the kiosk & chose to pay cash. I waited at the counter 7 minutes til someone helped me. Then when I got my food, instead of the honey packet I ordered with my Chicken MC nuggets I got honey mustard -- again! Pay attention, people!!
