McDonald's Menu Prices at 3885 Blue Diamond Rd ★3.8 (1840)

Been here a few times. Service is hit or miss. Typically clean. Had the steak, grilled onions egg McGriddle. Not bad for the price.

The wait at the drive thru is crazy !!!!! 24 minutes and counting(currently stuck at the drive thru) and just three cars in front of me, and when i got home my order is missing one burger. All that Wait and cant even make it right, so disappointing

One of the best McDonald’s in the area. The food is nice and warm. The french fries are usually fresh. Can’t ask for more for a McDonald’s honestly. The only annoying part is that the drive through area is too small for the amount of demand. You end up blocking traffic due or end up waiting in the street which ends up with you getting honked off or causing a temporary annoyance.

We stopped at this drive-through thinking it would be a quick bite for our kids after a four-hour drive to Las Vegas. Instead, it turned into a 40-minute wait, only for us to end up with the wrong order. We didn’t even realize it until we were back on the road and at that point, there was no going back. After waiting that long the first time, we weren’t about to risk another 40 minutes all over again just to get what we originally ordered. The staff didn’t apologize for the wait, didn’t seem to care, and acted like the delay was completely normal. The food we did get was cold, the service was painfully slow, and the attitude from the employees was unbelievable. It honestly felt like no one there had any pride in their job or any concern for their customers. Afterward, I checked the reviews for this location, and sure enough, there are tons of similar complaints. Clearly, this isn’t an isolated incident; it’s a consistent problem with how this place is run. This experience was so bad that it completely turned us off from McDonald’s as a brand. Not only will we never return to this location, but we’re done with McDonald’s altogether. Regarding the response: ** I tried to send a response via the link you provided but keep receiving an error code which further proves how terrible this corporation is as a whole. Never again.

12/15/2025 *I went there around 8AM, Placed a online order in the parking lot, then head inside. When I got inside, the meal and drink was sitting on the counter already. Which means they finished it in about a minute. That is really fast. The timing of the day may be a factor too though. Certain hours of the day is more busy, like people's lunch break or before/after their shift. *Original Review Friendly and efficient customer service. One of my favorite McDonalds in Las Vegas. The employees work hard and try to get the order out fast and correctly. Thank you! 👍
