McDonald's Menu Prices at 7310 S Las Vegas Blvd ★3.5 (1397)

I pulled up to the drive through at 4:05, everything online says the place is open 24 hours. All the lights are on at the drive through. I wait a couple of minutes and finally say hello when nobody says anything. Someone answers just saying they open in five minutes. So I shut my vehicle off. 2 minutes late someone comes on and says they open in 15 minutes. I go to start my car after finishing the email I was composing and another person comes on the intercom with a horrible attitude saying, “you’re going to have to leave, I can��t just have you sitting in the drive through…” with a snotty, irritated tone. If you’re not open 24 hours then maybe post your hours of operation, and apparently they open at 4:23 in the morning… Customer service is non-existent anymore. It’s absolutely astonishing how these young adults talk to paying customers these days.

picked up an order for Uber eats at around 12am and the manager an African American male and an African American light skin female were working. Wow I have never been so mistreated and disrespected by a working person in my life. I was working too. First the female was so rude about the uber eats number I am new to driving so I told her I would just show her. I pulled up to the first window and no one was there, so I pulled to the second window no one was there, afterv39 seconds the male walks up and says I have to drive all the way back around to get my order verified because he has no register at the second wondow. I asked if we can just do it here since im already there. He said no drive back around and walked away. I go back around. No one is there. And after 10 seconds the female walks up. And says scroll up with an attitude . No greeting nothing. I was able to find the number to the order she needed and do rudely she rolls her eyes and does a hand gesture and said so u fo have the first 3. And I said yea im new to this, can you give me the last 2 because it was asking me on the app for them and she shoowed me away with her hand and said u can get it at the front and walked away. I pull up to the second window. Again NO ONE!! And after 30 seconds the male walks up says nothing to me and I asked him his name he ignored looking up like if he was so busy. Mind you there's ate no other customers. And shuts the window and walks away. I am livid! This is unacceptable and so unprofessional! Im so upset and I hope something changes. This is my first horrible interaction at McDonald's! The biggest fast food company in the world! I will reviewing on every platform my experience. I really hope the customers food was made properly with all that disgusting attitude those people had! So damn rude! Youre at work! Work and do ur job!!!

Had an online order. Sat in the drive thru waiting for someone to come on the speaker. 20 mins in I gave up went inside. Lobby full of homeless people sleeping. ALL OVER THE LOBBY. I’m not from the area so I tried to ask the manager, I said excuse me twice, he never answered. I figured he couldn’t so I said it again a little louder, he turned around and screamed WAIT! WAIT! I DONT KNOW WHO YOU YELLING AT! I said I wasn’t yelling I wanted to make sure this is the right address as I pointed at the app on my phone. He looked said yes and walked off. Nobody there but the sleeping homeless and he was overwhelmed. The place was full of trash and the lobby was filthy as you can imagine… I ordered 3 shakes and a sundae, took almost an hour to get them. I would give this location negative stars if it were an option.

This location always seems like you are bothering the employees. They couldn’t care less about you being their. Every time I have ordered at the kiosk’s they never give you you cups for drinks. Burgers are hastily made so they are messy in packaging. This location is close to my office but also right off LVBLVD so it’s busy. Sometimes just a little smile or a good attitude can go a long way.

I had one of the most frustrating experiences at this McDonald’s (South Las Vegas Boulevard). After already waiting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes with two hangry toddlers screaming in the back, I had to go inside just to pick up my mobile order. By the time I got back to the car, I realized the food was cold. When I went back in again, the staff only replaced part of the order. My kids had already started eating their Happy Meals, and they refused to provide fresh ones. The lack of customer service was especially disappointing. A little accountability would have gone a long way, but instead it felt like they simply didn’t care, they didn’t want to make it right. I won’t be coming back, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously so other families don’t have the same experience.
